I dropped my cellphone in the front yard while carrying the baby into the house. By the time I realized that this had happened, and I headed out to pick it up, it was gone. This was last Thursday night. We called and text'd to it repeatedly, asking that they return it, no questions asked. They answered once, telling my husband to "shut the *eff* up" and to "stop calling". I've had to have the phone disconnected, and we have no hope of having it replaced within the next month. This is a real hardship, and I wish like mad I could find the little punks who did this crap.... and find out where they live. LOL Are there any great ideas out there for sleuthing out who did this in my neighborhood?

Usually, I would avoid discusing religious issues and would try not to impose my religious view on anyone, but this has me torn as a follower of God and a person.
I come from a traditional family in a country deeply ingrained in its religious culure (Islam) - and my brother is gay. My brother has always been kinda not into what our culture represents - he's quick tempered, sometimes discusses inappropriate things (are you on your period?) and not very respectful to our parents - e.g. disses them in front of them, and I'm pretty sure they coud hear him too. This migh not sound bad to some people but here that's just shockingly rude behaviour. He's not a family values person; at least, not this family.
But of course, I love my bro. He can be sweet a lot of the times. And helpful and nice. Right now, I don't encourage his lifestyle, nor do I preach in front of his face. But I feel that if I leave him be - I'm sorry if this offends anyone - I'm leaving him to a life of 'sin'. I'm scared for him. I'm pretty sure my parents suspect, maybe even already know (I saw his porn in their room - evidence?) but aren't saying anything. The rate he's going (pictures on his bedroom floor, desktop background...), it will only be a matter of time before they have to face this head-on and I don't know what they'd do.
Personally, honestly, I have nothing against it, but doesn't my religion obligate me to do something? Should I do something? Or leave him be and let him be happy however he chooses to be? There is no hate from me, I truly love him. As annoying he could be sometimes, I wouldn't replace him for anything.

I was on the train sitting down and then doors open and dust came flying in my face so i sneezed, and some person told me god bless you and i told them no, i'm an atheist and they just shut up after that. This was said by an Muslim Historian, who said best religion is Islam and the worst people are its followers the Muslims, not every single one but comparing to Christianaty , Jews, and oda relgions, Muslims seem to be the ones in turmoil, and its there own fault, they fight between themselves, think about money, are selfish, and thats why God is punishing them, it might sound harsh but i belive it has an element of truth in it, The Christian world seems more cilvilsed then the Islamic way unfourtunely i must say.

I have a nother queiton son a this simlr typic. But the thing is. Most say smoking is bad for health ect blah blah bal. Well, money in some ways can jsut be as bad. What if you use smoking to jsut get alone timme from real life aka meditate. Or just chill out. While money on the other you can do as well. Go eat a nice meal, go ot the movies. But the thing is money to much can make you greedy , mean, insane, and die. smoking the worst it can do. is die. In the end it sees that smoking a money cna cause the same damge. But the thing is. Ther are some peopel that have been smoking for years. I know a perosn that smoked for 55 years. a Pack a Day . Had clear lungs when he died. NAd Died in a car crash cuz some one ran a red light. Im a young motmon girl and i think that it is crap if any one paid attention they would know that mormons stopped polygamy about 200 years ago. and most people that practice polygamy that claim to be mormon are from the branches of the lds church that are not mormons and this is crap because any mormon that is a polygaimst is not a good one because that is against the rules, and it has been like this for about 2 centuries people need to grow up and if your going to dogg on other religions at least have a good case that is not ignorantly over used.

I know, weird question... but my concern is this. I feel that I believe in God as a being. However, to all the christians/catholics, how do you know you believe in Jesus Christ? I don't know if I believe in him or not? I guess its all the science background and knowledge that I have as well as the turmoil between people that makes me wonder if I do or don't. What if I don't believe in Christ? Does this mean I'm going to hell? if there is a hell. What about the jewish people. They don't believe in Christ. Are they going to hell for not believing in him but yes in God Himself?
