I am Baptist and i am saved. But i always have thouhgt about this and i cant figure it out! Theres tons of religons out there. How do i know withch one is right. This has kept me away from God and I just wish it would get out of my head. But still i wanna ask withch one is right?

When my mom was 20 she took on the task of raising her best friend's son because her best friend wasn't stable enough to do so herself. My mom was a single "mother" to him for the first eight years of his life before she met my dad. My mom raised him from infancy. In his adulthood, he became reunited with his biological mother, who had come into money and is now very well off. He got married ten years ago and had his wedding in Hawaii- my mother was not financially able to attend, but his birth mother was. He cut all ties with my mother after that citing that she obviously didn't care about him because she didn't come to his wedding. A couple years ago my mother suffered a series of heart attacks and almost died. When my sister and I contacted our "brother" to let him know, he hung up on us. I hold a lot of resentment and bitterness toward him for what he did to my mother. She cries all the time about it and blames herself.. Should I write him a nasty letter, or take the high road?

Have you heard of cases when a gay person exposed another gay person to his/her friends and relatives (e.g. out of revenge after a break-up)? Do gay people (especially ones that are completely out) usually respect that other gay people would like to keep their orientation secret?

Why do some religions think they can determine what a person should do every minute of their life. Why dont they live the life they have been given now and stop thinking about, what may never happen.

I have a problem.It's probably not a big deal, but it bothers me.
I went to the drug store yesterday to have 2 prescriptions transferred. The young woman (a pharmacy tech) took my scripts and said she would give them to the pharmacist. I said I would come back in an hour. She said o.k.

When I came back, the tech was helping an elderly client. I sat in the waiting area so as not to overhear their conversation. When the tech was done, she waited on a customer at the drive-in and then another at the counter.

When the client at the counter left, I asked if my presciptions were ready. She said "Not yet," and proceeded to wait on another customer with me still standing there. I wanted to know when I should come back. But, she wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing at the counter!

I went home and came back later for the prescriptions.

All I wanted to know was when I should come back. I didn't need for her to process my order right away.

Invisible? Overreacting? Too sensitive?

Is it possible to do spirit writing anywere, I don't want to do it at my house cause im scared that I may arise ghostly spirits in my home, but if I wanted to go to school and do it, would it be a possibilty that i could do it and it could be done successfully?

This sounds egotistical I know. But our Creator helped me to
overcome my pride, by showing me that people tell us we're full of it, and then turn around and use our ideas themselves. Except
they think they came up with it themselves!
That's okay with me. I'm not seeking glory.

I have just watched the da vinci code for the first time and it got me thinking something dont sit right with me the ones against the church say the holy grail is a blood line and the ones for the church say it is a cup,chalice plate or dish used somewhere or other and here is where it dont sit with me the ones for the church dont seem to know excatlly what it was and where it was used plus the church cover up bout the mary thing dont sit as well why cover up the mary thing being married to jesus and having his kid saying that it could ruin the christian faith and show jesus was just a mortal but yet they celebrate xmas the birth of jesus christ out of a WOMANS womb who plays a massive part in the christian bible yes i know he was put there by god but why bring him into the world that way why not just create him the way he supposedly created adam and eve any thoughts please tell me
