They all three are different names for the same mythological figure from Judaic and Christian stories. "Satan" is a descriptive word, like "Boss" or "Lawyer." It means "enemy." "Lucifer" was the name given to the angel of the dawn, which was used by the earlier Jews to explain the dawn, and used by the later Jews to explain temptation to evil. Belial, finally, was the name of an ancient king, taken by the Jews (his enemies) to mean a demonic figure of evil. Later, the Christians used his name as a nickname for Satan. The Christians today are the ones who use all three names for the same entity: the Devil.

Lucifer is the name of a Babylonian king from the old testament reviled for his evil and wickedness. Belial I believe is either a pagan god (like Bhaal) or the name of a specific demon (same different).

Satan is evil, Lucifer is evil, and Belial is evil. Sounds like a trio of hommies to me.
