Confused! There are many Christian Churches in the world. Why do we have different bibles? Certain gospels/books have been removed or not placed in the bible. Who are we to change the bible? One bible should represent all christian. true?

i seem to not fit in at school. I have gotten to know some of the kids from school but now that i see them at school, its like they say hi but they dont hang out with me or talk to me the way they did when i saw them outside of school.
Im an africanamerican so i see that the other black kids dont talk to me either. they tend to group together and not accept me for who i am. Others just dont have the same interests as me and find me boring or quiet or just uninteresting!! why arent i fitting in?

when you answer a question and someone else answers it 1 sec before you with the same words and it makes your answer look stupid like you just copied it but really you thought of it independently but only you know that and no one else does. Know what i mean?

I mean if your pro-life thats cool, but why are you not for helping the American people? Support worker unions and more money put into education? Being able to see a doctor. Isn't this supposed to be the "Christian way"? But you guys complain about your tax dollers being spent on "social programs" you guys really need to take a good look at yourselves.

I've noticed a disturbing trend in the religion section. People who cite studies and research, easily testable and repeatable facts, are often given the 'thumbs down' in favor of the more 'abstract' responses.

If your religion requires you to disregard reality, how far are you willing to take it? Do you ignore all of science because some of it seems to disagree with your dogma? Well, obviously not, since you're on the internet using a computer. Facts and evidence got you there, not faith.

So why ignore facts when they don't agree with what you think is true? Isn't it possible that you are demonstrateably wrong?

I know what the steriotypes are, but what is it that makes certain people anti-sematic? Is it a race as well as a religion, since many have dark hair. All i know is they believe that jesus is yet to come and didnt 2000 years ago. Im not jewish and i have nothing aganst them. Why did Hitler try genocide on all of them? anybody whos willing to fill me in feel free... I do know that they own alot of banks. But why is that? Ive heard that they make up a vast majority of the media... Why is that?

I am a Christian trying to figure out a girl I have been witnessing to has started opening up to me and I has shared sexual abuse and rape. Where do I begin to help someone like this? Well, I won't bore you with details, I just have a question, in general, about people with addictions. Whether it be meth addicts, gamblers, alcoholics, whatever....Why is it that people who earn a reputation for their addiction are least likely to be forgiven and given another chance? I hear stories all the time of people forgiving a serial killer for a murder, or a man who cheats on his wife and is given a second chance. If these types of people can be forgiven, why not an addict? At least the addict doesn't always directly harm someone, unlike the murderer or rapist. Why do the addicts seem to be the most outcast bunch? Why can't they be forgiven?

1. If god din't want his fruit interfered with, why did he not create another garden for it?
2. If Adam & Eve hadn't eaten it, wouldn't some other monkey or other animal have?
3. If god set such a high importance on blind obedience to authority, why didn't he create some more obedient animal, or some programmable machine to amuse himself/care for the garden/whatever?

Sorry, but the story makes no sense at all.
