Surah 41: 9,10,12 says, “ ...do you indeed disbelieve in Him Who created the earth in two periods…and he made therein its foods, in four periods…So he ordained them seven heavens in two periods.” (2+4+2=8 days)
But in Surah 10:3, “Surely your Lord is Allah, Who created the Heavens and the Earth in six periods…” It contradicts itself.
The Encyclopedia Britannica says about the Quran: “The deviations from the biblical narratives are very marked, and can in most cases be traced back to the legendary anecdotes of the Jewish Haggada and the Apocryphal Gospels. Much has been written concerning the sources from which Mohammad derived this information; there is no evidence that he was able to read, and his dependence on oral communication may explain some of his misconceptions…”
How can this book be holy and inspired by God? Another question.. what do Muslim women get if they go to "paradise" as it is called in the Quran?
