Depends on the game. There are different seasons for different animals. And at different times of the year, you have to be careful who you shoot. You should not kill females in spring because they can have babies. But i think all year round there is something to hunt.

if you mean fox hunting in the UK...it starts in the autumn......there are fox hunt most weekends now

around Thanksgiving, ataully it is bow season now, and progresses to rifles..but my rule of thumb is to remember around Thanksgiving, when its time to feast
