okay. not to up-stage what has already been written....

You can say,

"Pardon me for being so busy, right now."

Perdóname por estar tan ocupada, ahorita.

NOTE: the word "ocupada" is for females and "ocupado" is said by the guys.

"I have to go, now"

Ya me tengo que ir.
Ya tengo que irme.

Both of the above are said, depending on the Latin country.

I'm going, now."

Ya me voy.

"Sorry. I am very busy."

Lo siento. Estoy muy ocupad(a).

And, for EMPHASIS....

Lo siento, pero estoy muy pero muy ocupada.
(I'm sorry, but I am very, VERY busy.)

And, again, I am assuming that you are a girl; so, the word for "busy", for you, is "ocupada"

For me to say that, in first person, I would use the word "ocupado".

Spanish is often "gender specific". The words denoting each of the two sexes is different, as a rule--
(with adjectives and nouns)
