Hell, even quint in the movie JAWS could barely get a scream out. this is what was said, inside the fish mind you:

Jonah's Prayer
1 From inside the fish Jonah prayed to the LORD his God. 2 He said:
"In my distress I called to the LORD,
and he answered me.
From the depths of the grave [a] I called for help,
and you listened to my cry.
3 You hurled me into the deep,
into the very heart of the seas,
and the currents swirled about me;
all your waves and breakers
swept over me.

4 I said, 'I have been banished
from your sight;
yet I will look again
toward your holy temple.'

5 The engulfing waters threatened me, [b]
the deep surrounded me;
seaweed was wrapped around my head.

If you don't believe the Bible there's no point in answering. Genesis 7:19,20,22 states: And the waters overwhemled the earth so greatly that all the tall mountains that were under the whole heavens became covered. Up to fifteen cubits the waters overwhemled them and the mountains became covered. Everything in which the breath of the force of life was active in it's nostrils, namely, all that were on dry ground, died. That sounds global to me.

Crimes against children have to be the worst crime to commit in society! I dont understand how a person could molest a child, take away (no steal) the innocence of one and then go home to his or her own family at night. I dont understand how someone could commit incestuous acts with their sons and daughters and then pass it off as genuine love. A so called expression of familial ties. How do you feel about this? Also the men and women that murder their own children or beat them half to death, what causes people to be so evil, to make them treat a fellow human being so cruelly? Is it an inborn evil or a sickness that remained dormant and strikes them at the most inoppurtune time?!!

I want people to explain to me why their beliefs is the way to god, or is the way to man, however you perceive it to be.
Christians give me a scripture that you feel is powerful, pagans explain to me why so many people feel you are evil. And for the rest just tell me why your beliefs are better.
This is not a way to poke fun I respect everyones way, I just would like a perspective on different views and how it has changed your life. Do not feel that your words should be short

I hate it when people say, "If I am friends with someone who is gay, will I turn gay?"

I am so sick and tired of people assuming that they can turn, become, have it rubbed off on you by being near someone, etc..

This is not an infectious disease. This is a way of life for the people who are gay. They weren't turned gay.

Even people that have been in hetro relationships and then enter into a gay relationship weren't turned gay. They have been gay from day one, and have just had those feelings repressed because of how society looks at the gay community as being nasty, hiv infected, and infectious, etc etc

I say if you admit that your gay, then you truely are someone to be admired for having the guts to admit to a homophobic world.

No I am not gay. But I have many friends that are and we have been friends for many years. I am just someone that is sick and tired of homophobic people.
