If you feel the call for this ministry then call the Office of Vocations in your diocese. They will answer all your questions and let you know your choices and next steps.
If you need help then your local parish can put you in touch with them.
With love and prayers in Christ.

Talk to your local Priest at Church.
"Holy Orders" are given by the Bishop of your area; the Bishop may ordain a Priest to bless you with Holy Orders. First you would get appointed as a Diacon (Priest's Helper; Diacons can be married; but if you want to be Priest, then you'll want to stay celibate and single). As a Diacon, you will need to go to 'Seminarian School' (4-8 years depending on Holy Orders u rcv). Then during your seminary you may get new Holy Orders to become a Priest (more seminary school).
PS: We need more GOOD priests ... God Bless for opening your mind to this calling you are receiving.

I think the real question is: do you want to become a priest? Do you know what you have to sacrifice for that? Is your believe in 'the Big Guy' really that big?
If you've answered 'yes' on all the above, contact a priest in your country and ask him!

Well, you can do it the hard way - go to lots of schools and jump through all kinds of theological whoops to please the criteria of men.
- or -
Believe Jesus and He will train you for His Priesthood. The Apostle Peter used to be a fisherman, but Jesus made him a real priest, an Apostle, and Peter says of believers:
1 Peter 2:9-10 (Amplified Bible)
9But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God's] own [a]purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.(A)
10Once you were not a people [at all], but now you are God's people; once you were unpitied, but now you are pitied and have received mercy.(B)
It all depends who you believe.
I would also recommend that you try this book as an elaboration upon this point.

The Catholic church maintains an excellent seminary system that is designed to allow candidates for the priesthood to discern whether their vocation is true, and if so, to fully equip them for their work.
Call your local diocesan vocations office and ask them to send you some information.
If that doesn't work, talk to your parish priest.

first you have to have the calling from God to want to do all things for HIm and put your own life on hiatus. then you enter the seminary and learn, study and such. there there is time as a deacon in which you work in parishes OR depending on if you're going to be a diocesean priest or whatnot - you continue your studies from there. there there is the ordination and.....
God bless you in your decisions.
