They skip Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day,and Birthdays, too. Frankly, I think it's odd. Never heard of it for any religion except theirs, and they never give a name to it.

Under the "harassment" category?

We do have savage instincts and the only thing keeping us in check is education. I'm not talking about school. I am talking about the education from life in general, expierences of yourself and others. You learned your morals from your family and friends.

So what are your thoughts?

I took my son to work which was permitted. I work with 2 guys who are 28 & 24 yrs of age. Anyway's things were going quite well my son was being extremely well behaved better than usual. Then all of a sudden the 28 yr old guy has the nerve to ask my 3yr old son why he is such a retard? Also saying to him oh it's because you have to wear those stupid glasses! Then the 24 yr old guys says to my son go kick your mom in the stomahe so you can kill the baby and yes , I'm expecting. My son just got glasses 2 weeks ago and they both new that. My son has no choice but to wear them. My son looked so embarassed and uncomfortable, At the time I was in total shock and never said anything back. I took my son and we left for our appointment. I dropped my son off a daycare and went back to work. I never said anything to either one of them about 3:00pm The 28 yr old came up to me and said oh I take it your pissed at me why? Then i told him the situation and he denies that he would say such stuff.

Surah IX: 29 – “Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth… until they pay the tax in acknowledgement of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.

Does this Surah mean, "Yes", it means any other Religion other than Islam" or "No", It means Atheists only.

Can I have the answer in 21st. Century English. I find any form of English very hard to comprehend? and please be straight forward & not vague please.

If I were to promote christianity in a muslim country, knowing I was going to die for it, do you think that would qualify you to be on the the 144,000 people that get to go to heaven. Would you be a modern day Jesus?

I was wondering how much you are supposed to spend on the bacholerette party. Not an amount because it varies but what you are expected to pay for. We are going on a bacholerette party weekend for the Bride To Be. We have to book a hotel room, the bride is going to the Day Spa which I am not going to and neither are some of the other girls. About 1/2 are and 1/2 are not. The Maid of Honor told us we are expected to pay for her part (the Brides) portion of the room which I am not staying in, her food and drinks, Day Spa which is $200.00, The Night Club, cocktails in the nightclub, Party Favors and games she is buying as well as bring a Large bottle of alcohol and a bottle of wine for 1 Night? Thank You

With all of the recent press on the subject of how screw-ups in the adminstration of the "cocktail" of drugs used to execute prisoners can result in unintended pain, I am surprised that more has not been said (or asked) about how this execution process compares with the (lethal injection) process used to euthanize pets and animals. I have been present when a pet has been put down. My impression is that the animal experiences virtually nothing. They seem to literally "melt" away instantly. If this is the case, it would seem that the serum used on pets (or something similar) would be the serum of choice for prison executions. I am sure that there is good reason as to why death by lethal injection is more complicated in the case of humans. If so, I would like to understand why.

On the other hand, if it is possible that animals may only appear to "melt away" when being euthanized (while possibly experiencing something less "humane"), then I would like to be aware of this too.
