For a long time I thought that the idea of God was a lie.

Then I realized that just because I had been told a lot of silly things about God, it did not mean that God could not be real.

Have you considered the possibility that Religion is a lie made up about God?

I agree that most of what religion tells us about God is nonsense, but just because lies are told about something does not mean that It can't exist.

If I told you that at 3am earth worms turn into dragons that carry people of to a place called hell it would not preclude the possibility of the existence of worms.

It would just be proof that I am a liar, not that worms did not exist.

Think about it?????

Have you lived in a box all your life? Just open a door and look outside and you can see God. He is the one that made the trees, grass, flowers, the rain, snow ext... All of this did not just happen on a accident. You can not help but to see God in this world and in the spring and summer when the flowers are blooming you can smell him as well. In the winter when everything is all nice and white from the snow that is God as well that is the only time he can look at this place because all the sin is covered and it is a reminder to us that we can be covered ourselves if we just ask.
So go ahead open a door window and look you will find God if you truly what to. He stands at the door and knocks will you open it for him to come in?
I have multiple sclerosis (MS) and it is not going to go away and I believe in God. He is the one that gives me straight from day to day. Yes I believe if God is will he can take the MS away but I do not blame God for it. It is not God that give it to me. I use it to show that people with disability's can still do great thing for God and mankind.

Look to see. Not for what you know you will see for what you know you will see is not all there is to see and to know.

"God" is an improperly defined term. Which god? There have been many religions all throughout human history, each with a different god.

To answer your question though, I do not believe in a god because of simple lack of evidence.

The Verse explains that Allah is illa hoo
illa means: Who is separate, beyond and nothing is alike Allah. Hoo means: the Extremely Surprising, the Supernatural and the Super-physical_____ Who is not encompass-able by human intellect and is Supreme Lord.

In short, ALLAH is not an idol or an image, which is grasped by human intellect, in terms of a thing, or a region, or a circumference. The word ALLAH is in fact, not a name of God, instead it is an introduction of God. Who is the Absolute Creator and the Absolute Almighty. This introduction is centralized on the following two points:

1.God is the Beyond of everything.
2.God is Extremely Surprising, not encompassable by intellect.

In the light of this very introduction of God____ it is positively clarified that we can not make any image or imagination of God’s existence. Nor, we can take God in terms of the created things. Nor we can ascribe, any name of the creatures, to God as God’s name. such an ascription, is equal to treat the Creator, as a creature.

In this world, we have always witnessed that it is the enemies alone, who try to diminish the dignity of some dignitary, on account of their enmity. By and by, it is also witnessed that when someone is diminished by his enemies, he does not tolerate his insult and begins to treat his enemies____ as his enemies. So, it is the very nature of one’s behaviour, which determines one’s role, as a friend or foe. This very attitude on our part, is actually a living verse of God. That is why, that thousands years ago, God addressed Moses (PBUH) and his nation, in the following words:

“I ___ and I alone_____ am God
No other god is real”
(Duet 32:39)

“Worship no god but Me!
Do not make for yourselves
images of anything in heaven
or on earth or in the water under the earth
Do not bow down to any idol or worship it
For I am the Lord your God and
I tolerate no rivals”.
(Duet 5:7 to 9)

And____ through these words, God has provided us the answers of those questions, which may arise about God’s real existence, till the Day of Resurrection. The answers are so comprehensive, that they remove every doubt, related to God’s existence.
