I do believe that some spirits can't rest so they hang around to be vindicated . They talk to mediums . I'm not sure why I believe except to say that every thing on earth is made up of energy and spirits are also energy .

Most definatley, but spirits cannot hurt you and there is not such thing as the devil, sometimes spirits can follow you also from place to place, some may seem angry if you inhabit their home that they lived in when they were alive. There are evil places but it is mostly just a feeling of the spirits aura (sp) If the spirits are still here it means that they have not crossed over, some will visit for a period of time after their death, but then move up levels. and it gets harder for them to come through as they move up. I believe because of experience and research.
We do come back as babies to be raised again and live again, and we do have past lives.

Yes. It's not a Halloween thing. Some become attached to a place or a person. Some are evil & were invited by people doing rituals who didn't realize what they were messing with. Some are just like a video tape....a memory & not really there.

I do not believe in souls. I believe that we are converted to energy when we die. I do however know a couple people who have said they've seen things, unexplainable at least with our current knowledge, and I trust these people and they have no reason to lie. So I kinda think your energy could be positive or negative, maybe even leaving a lasting energetic impression on a place (possibly, this is all theoretical). And also that this energy could possibly take some sort of human form.

Somewhat. But, rather different then you presented. I believe spirits pass on and don't come back to the physical plane to 'roam' around. I believe in ghosts...but probably different from you're belief. Ghosts as in left over residue or energy from the person that passed. I don't believe in 'evil' places, but more so the energy being left behind and the tragic events that occurred at that place playing role in what is perceived as evil.

Nothing is supernatural and every things are very natural ....I am sorry but you haven't understood one thing yet...
What you are calling supernatural is very much part of your daily life from ever and for ever............. Open your horizons , read , meditate , maybe one of those day you'll understand
