Through his buisness in changing the methods of shop management, the writer (has been brought into intimate contact)
the phrase in parenthesis is of most importance. Thank you.

So you are christian, but madly in love with a person who is totally not religious. Should you try to make it work and hope that one day you can convince her to become religious or should you fight your feelings and pass the oppertunity to be with the possible love of your life just so you can try and find someone who is religious?

Doesn't christianity come down to doing everything out of love?
Denying someone your love isn't right?

So to christians....what is your opinion?

PS: If you are not christian don't waste your time replying disrespectfully just 'cause you're bored...go somewhere else.

The Bible - Could you believe just the red lettering (Jesus Words) alone?
This is a question I have asked before and have had some seriously disappointing answers:

If Jesus was/is God (Son of God) then his words, the red letters in the New Testament, should be enough to base your faith around Yes? No? Why or why not?

If yes, where does that leave the rest of the Bible? Why do you think people added to the words of 'truth' and recorded their own 'spin' on his simple message?

If no, were Jesus' words not enough for truth and did he not say enough? Why do you need more than the red letters to live and believe?

I dated a girl for about a month (not serious or anything) and we're no longer dating. However, she left a sweater at my house when we had dinner there once.

I don't really want to see her again but want to give her sweater back. The only problem is that she lives a mere block away so mailing it seems a little awkward.

I also don't want to just drop it by though (or even leave it at her door in a box) because then it looks like I'm stalking or something.

What do you think?

Is there a 'locker room' where souls reside, waiting for two people to conceive a child so the soul can inhabit a body?

Or does the act of conception create a new soul?

Does God have a spiritual 'factory' churning out souls?

What creates a soul?

I don't understand the "Christian Apologetics". This is new to me.
I am a Christian, a believer in Jesus.

If you have knowledge or an inkling as to why they chose to call themselves "Apologetics"?

Feel free to type it in. Thanks

When I lived in Italy, some of my Italian frineds were angry that priests were telling their congregations to vote for the Christian Democrats (Democrazia Cristiana), even after the massive corruption scandals that they were heavily involved in.
Do your priests, pastors, rabbis, imams etc. tell you who to vote for. If so do you think this is meddling/propoganda, part of your religious duty, or just advice to take or leave as you see fit?
