im going to see if i can use bacon bought from Spar , and use it on a skin graft on my pet pig that was injured in an arson attack , but ive discovered that ive bought smoked bacon , will this be ok to use ?

It would be even better if you could find a way for the pig to accept the DNA for smoked bacon, so when you slaughter it the meat will have a lovely smokey taste.

If the pig was injured in an arson attack he would be well and truly smoked. just cut a little piece off and taste it. mmmmmm is it delicious ?
To do this type of surgery you will need to pack the wound first. I would suggest "SPAM" then lay the bacon strips neatly across the injured site. You will need a large darning needle and some cat guts. Blanket stitch is the most commonly used stitch in bacon grafting. GOOD LUCK.

of course it is ive used this many times before on various animals and found it to be most successful but remember to snip the rind because it curls the bacon if the pig dies could you send me half a dozen chops .

It's fine.
Not too raw though, it needs to be cooked as well as the rest of the pig was during the attack.

I used to have a cow, and it got this flesh eating infection that left a hole in it's side. I tried troweling in a load of corned beef like Poyfiler. Then I painted it white with a black spot, it worked a treat.

If you bought it from Spar, it probably isn't really bacon.
