My husband & I are closer w/ my family but can't afford to fly back east for the holiday. We have been invited by 2 people, locally, to seperate Thanksgiving celebrations. We were 1st asked by our best friend whose family has really taken us in & made us a part of there family, no questions asked. We even call her mother, 'ma'.
About a month later, we were later asked by my husbands aunt, who is the only person in his family that we do have a relationship with & care for dearly. We don't see her often, because as I said, his family is not very close, but when we do see her, its always a nice time.
We don't know what to do. We told our friend who intially invited us yes because we thought no one in his family would (they usually don't &his parents never called me back) but urg...
Also, both are celebrating the holiday at about the same time &since we are not the only ones invited to the holiday feast we don't feel right asking them to change the time just for us.
What would you do?

Please dont give me the "Lets all live in peace together" rubbish im fed up with mp's and the police just letting this country go to rat s**t crime rate and shootings look at the victims and look at the shooters..can you see a pattern? Britain love it or leave it.

well when i first met him we were playing around a little, once in a while we would catch our selfs lookin at one anouther, we would look at each other intell one of us looked down, he looked down first them i did, back and forth.Then i probably gave him the wrong signal by not sitting by him one time, when he made it obvious that he wanted me to sit by him.later on i found out that he asked a girl to a dance, which she said no.later on, in class i looked at him and he looked into my eyes then slowly looked down at his paper, not like be for when he got shy or whatever and looked away fast, i rarely see him looking at me.later on in class we got free time, and he came over and sat by me, and we just talked about how we hate a teacher.at first i tryed to talk to him, now he is trying. now does this mean he wants to be friends, or does he like me and just does not know how to talk to me? please give me some advice,but not about going up to him hes in a few of my class would not be easy

as i was flippong chanels last night i caught a segment of Ghost in the Shell on CN.. a robot was describing it's beliefs about God. and i found the description to be interresting, to say the least.

numericaly God is Zero. he is a being that by his very nature cannot exist. but must exist for the standard equation of life to work.

so in digital God is Zero.
in Analog Zero is God

by their nature niether of the can exist. but they must exist for Life or Math to work properly.
