Seeing as how god was displeased with anything less than a blood sacrifice in the old testament (Cain and Able's story), this doesn't surprise me in the least...

The birds are slaughtered just like in a slaughterhouse, and the chickens delivered to the poor for charity.

so why is this a bad thing?

oh, and your entire summary of what kapparot are is completely inaccurate by every single point.
a == not all jews do it (for a variety of reasons)
b == we don't "ring their necks". We slaughter them, as I explained above.
c == we do not believe that "our sins get transferred to the chicken."

however, perhaps the only legitimate complaint is that the chickens are kept in small cages. that, I agree, is a problem.

Dude, where does this come from, the Hitler Handbook? Can we say "anti-Semitic propaganda"?

What's absurd is that you actually believe every bit of racist nonsense you hear.

I personally know lots of Israelis, and neither they nor anyone they know "sacrifices" a chicken for anything other than a good matzo ball soup.

That's very old testament. There are numerous ways to essentially "win" justification for your sins via sacrifices. Then Jesus came along and said stop trying to use sacrifices and start living righteously.

they didn't like that much. they liked their sin as much back then as we do now. only they at least recognized it as sin and tried to justify it. we deny it is sin altogether.
