Next week, Oct. 8th through Oct. 14 is National Coming Out Week. Anyway, Drake University's GLBTQAI group is having celebrations and fun events all week. Any high schools or colleges doing anything special?? I can't wait, it's going to be awesome!!!!!!!!!!

This is just a question of interest, hope no one takes offense from this.
I am interested in hearing from those who has strong faith.
What happens if tomorrow another God shows up in the world and tell all you faithfuls all these years you have been following the devil's teaching instead of gods, and god exists but does not love us and want to have have anything to do with us.
Please describe how you will feel if this happens.

I am bisexual and not ashamed of it. I have been with my girlfriend for almost 9 months now. If we ever broke up i would probably end up with another female. This by far is the best relationship I have ever been in. I know were bisexual, but I wouldn't put a gay sticker on my car or join a gay club. Straight people don't have stickers or rallys for straight people. I just classify me as me and all my friends don't care that I have a girlfriend and nobody ever wants to fight me or anything like that. The most bashing I have seen is on the internet and on this site. I am not taking up for bashers and I have nothing against people who are in clubs or whatever. I just think that people take things too far sometimes. Like I would go to gay clubs and stuff,but I wouldn't put a gay pride sticker on my car-nothing against it,but Were all just people,why advertise. And really people see me and my girl out all the time and no one has ever said anything out of the way.I am just me.bisexual me

This not necessarily the case. In the case of Job in the Bible, he found favor in God's sight. However, Job suffered great lose and tremendous pain and grief. How do you feel about one who suffers and why? Do you think suffering helps to strengthen one's faith? Do you think one loses faith in suffering? Consider Job. Job did not let go of his faith in God.

Why would a 'god of love' slaughter all the first born of Egypt after -forcing- Pharoah to keep the Jews in Egypt when Pharoah really wanted to let them go? What happened to god's respect for "free will" there?

And why would a 'god of love' slaughter the first born of the -cattle-? What did the cows have to do with Pharoah's decision?

How does this represent the acts of a 'god of love' who respects "free will"?
