I'm up now. But I've been down so ******* low.
You sound like maybe you have suffered a loss. I know how that feels. If you have I hope its not too bad.
15 years ago I lost my brother to a heart condition. Talk about a spirit killer. The worst part was watching my parents work their way back to having a life again. It took several years but they did it, and I was so proud. Its what Michael would have wanted I know that. He was a good kid and I miss him today as much as ever, but now I remember him with a sense of life instead of death. Your question reminded me of him for some reason. Its sweet to see him again and its all your fault. :) So, thanks for the memory.
