Why should you want to be popular? I was popular in middle school and I realized that it's really over-rated. Popularity isn't going to do anything for you. However, the best thing to do is be yourself. Try being reasonably kind to others and be outgoing. If you want to be popular, that's the best chance you have. You need to get other people to like you enough to be your friends, but try to be yourself- otherwise it's not worth it.

introduce yourself to people and be friendly. you dont have to be "in" with everyoone to be popular. if you have good friends, good grades, and are a friendly, approachable person your popular. dont spread rumors or judge people. the more people you know the better time youll have
good luck and remember to be nice, introduce yourself, and have a blast in middle school!but dont let your new social life kill your school work ;)

hand out with bad people, always curse, don't do your home work, always so stuck up about everything, dicth school all the time, every day start drama, get in a fight in every 4 days

Just be nice to people. Try not to fall into a clique, and roam the groups. Also, troublemakers are not the way to go. the kids actually do not like them.
