This organization really touch me, 2/3 of thier stuff is former client which is former homeless whom become a pattern, a role models for others that they have a hope to lift up their live to become a better person and to have a normal life.

This point just turn me around what homeless is... Most of us think that homeless ppl is visibly dirty, pronouncedly smelly, exhibiting abnormal behavior (attributed to drug use)

I really think that a lot of homeless do not want to be like that forever, that is why this organization really touch me, they not only give them foods, clothes, place to stay, but they help ppl to live up there life to become a better person and to be have a normal live..

what do you think? does anyone know other organization like this?

I notice after my last question people who appear to be proponents of the creationism just took off on me, calling me ignorant and that there was no evidence for macro-evolution.

Its as if there is two conversations.

A: The Bible is the truth, god made human.

B: Here are some evidences regarding the Evolution of species on earth, not just humans, but other species too.

A: You are ignorant. On page one of my God book it says God made man.

B: So we got this fossil record here and some expiriments showing the age of the Earth is older than 6000 years old.

A: Why are you ignorant? Are book says right here on page one God made human.

Some of you might think I'm being funny. I'm not. Not at all.

I love being at home. I never want to leave. I do not like going anywhere, the store, work, church, family or friend's house. Is this ok or am I being selfish or lazy? If I never had to leave my home, I never would. What would Jesus say to me about this?

Hey,

I need the verse in the bible that describes "God the Father"'s image and his thrown...I just remember gems, sapphire, and a sea of crystal.

I believe it's either in Revelation or Daniel, but I'm not sure...

And, I'm not talking about this one:

"And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. Why not? No one knows who made this watch. How can you prove that it wasn't God?

What if it's a gorgeous solid gold watch, as beautiful as a sunset or a child's smile? Doesn't that prove that God created it?

Shouldn't we all agree to have faith that God created the watch?

What's that you say? There is PROOF that men and women make watches? Eyewitness proof? All kinds of proof. It's not just written up in one book, but in countless books?

Is it, perhaps, more logical to say, "I don't know who made this watch, and perhaps I never will?

Or do you have another theory?

Why is it that men ...straight men...seem to think that womyn are impressed with the length and girth of their "members"??
Do they actually think that we will swoon in delight?

I have a very good friend who is a born-again christian and attends a bible fellowship church. I have a one year old baby boy and I intend on dressing him up for Halloween and taking him out. I love Halloween and I have a lot of decorations and I love to give out candy and see all the costumes. My friend says I am commiting a great sin before the lord and that the lord sees this as "evil" and that Halloween is satan's holiday and we should not partake in it at all. I say it is just a great day for kids to be kids and have fun. What do you think???

I find it difficult to read and extremely annoying. I appreciate that spelling and grammar are not everyone's strong point (mine included), but is this new 'lazy' method of writing, which some people seem to have adopted, just sheer idleness, or is it the new trend and I'm just hopelessly missing something?!
