The clones would be individuals, just with the exact same genetic combination as the person they were cloned from. They wouldn't be the same person.
So killing a clone would be murder and sleeping with your wife's clone would be cheating.

I won't kill him, and it won't suicide since I didn't kill MYSELF I killed someone who LOOKS exactly like me. And yes it's cheating to sleep with your wife's clone!!
