an afghan muslim man once told me that when his brother in afganistan was reading an english newspaper how an extremist muslim shot him dead. his only mistake was reading an english newspaper.
can you please tell me the reason behind this savage behaviour ?

I attend a gym a few train stations away from my school, where I also work as a tutor. Well, after work I usually spend an hour at the gym. Before I left work, I changed into my gym clothes and jogged to the train station about six blocks away, all the while I'm drinking from my new water bottle, which stores the recommended eight cups of water. While I'm on the train I have a sudden urge to do relive myself, the water had done it! I get off the train, gym bag in arm, book back in the other, and run three blocks to the gym. I still have to wait in line to sign in. Then I speed away to the bathroom, and entered the stall, bags and all. I barely sat down when an older woman begins to knock ferociously on the door. She say's, "Change in the locker room! There are people waiting to use the restroom!" She must have looked under the stall, seen my bags, and assumed I was changing. She continued to yell like that until I flushed and came out. Everyone was staring at me! I avoided eye contact.

Three cans were out. One for garden clippings, one for recylcing and one for other household garbage. She was digging through the recycle can. It really bothered me, even to the point of feeling violated. It just doesn't seem right.

Any document to be legal should have the last name on it like ( check, birth certificate, setra) but the bible the only document that we follow and even we do not know who wrote it ?and what his life was about? if he was good or bad was jew or christian was honest all the time or some time so how can we believe in a book was written 80 years after the death of jesus and we have no clue about who made it up????

I know this is long, sorry!
I have recently been noticing some changes in my 14 year old daughters behavior, and I'm suspecting that she may be questioning her own sexuality. I would like to know how, or if, I should talk to her about this.
I'm not homophobic at all and she knows this. Her best friend is bi-sexual and I love her dearly! I have homosexual friends myself. So it would not bother me in the least if she were. I only want to make her comfortable with talking to me about it. I don't ever want her to feel bad or insecure about herself. I just don't know if I should approach her about it.
What would you have done if your parents had come to you and asked you about your sexuality when you were a teenager? Would you have just been absolutely mortified and lied to them or would you open up and talk about it?

THe person should be famous and well-known all around the world!
for the following gods:

1. Jupiter-the king of all gods
2.Juno-goddess of women and fertility
3.Mars-the god of war
4.Venus- the goddess of love and beauty
5.Minerva- ogddess of wisdom, learning, etc.
6.Neptune- powerful god of the sea
7.Ceres- goddess of Harvest
8. Vulcan- god of the underworld and blacksmith of gods
9.Diana- goddess of hunting and moon
10.Mercury- Messenger of the god

etc, etc

Please help me! and u can give atleast one god and one person in todays society...it will help me a lot...tell me areason why also u think that person in today's society should be compared to that Roman God which you have choosen!

I watched the video below posted by another visitor here on Yahoo Answers. It was very interesting to say the least. If the witnesses are truly false prophets, what do they hope to accomplish with their religion? Is the organization that directs the witnesses INTENTIONALLY doing this because they are involved in some type of Satanic worship, or are they truly deceived and believe they are doing the right thing? Such a well planned organization must have a focused objective, even if the majority of witnesses taking direction from the organization is not aware of that plan.
