The Constitution ensures that there is no establishment of a
state-sponsored religion - something religious radicals have
long sought to overturn. This whole thing stinks of the "burning times" and other religious oppressions in history

like, when some people dont get their way, and all they say is "its because i'm black". why?

is it really because they are black or is it because of something else? i mean, geez.

it happens all the time, "its because i'm black, its because i'm asian". could it be that its because their stupid, and that race is not part of it?

it drives me mad, but does it make you mad too?
especially when they say "white boy" or "chink" or "beaner" all the time and then when someone calls them "colored" or "black" they get all mad. maybe if they thought highly of everyone else as they do themselves?

of course, this does not pertain to all black people, as i referred to in my example.

This was a few years back. Someone in the Southern Baptist Convention got the idea that every year they would "declare spiritual war" on a different religion--Hindus, Jews, Muslims etc. No one really paid attention til they went after the Catholics. Guess no one told them Catholics are Christians too. My whole family is fanatically devout Southern Baptist, so I got to hear all about it. Just wondering if anyone else remembers that.

I was driving home from work and turned on the radio(news i thought as thats all i ever listen to) and I heard 2 guys talking in what I though was Farsi but after afew minutes they both started to talk in English and said "this is Gaelic for you who are curious" turned out I had some Irish music program on.

I know both are indo aryan languages but it sounded pretty close like Polish to Ukranian

why not just not use the word altogether so that there wouldnt be any confusion?

wouldn't it be better to stop using such a derogatory term?

and why do hispanic people get to use it?
when did they have the same the same type of historic struggles?

Lets say thet a man is a good man,wakes up every morning with the intent to to do wright by everybody,lets say this man wouldnt hurt anything on gods green earth, But through life he was always in trouble normally because of drugs and alcohol. you know feeling bad and things make him feel better so nhe deals drugs and basically anything so as long as he doesnt have to hurt anybody. His moms feelings top of the list. Last 6 yrs. this man got out of prison met a girl and didnt do great but kept a job and his head above water.Over the last 1 & 1/2 years his girl dropped him and it seemed like trouble followed He was put on valumd for stress and Lortab 10/500 for a bad back that he got through working ,this man aquired a DUI. This man had no alchol in him or illegal drugs. Now everytime he turns around he is in trouble again. No matter how hard he trys.If this man was put on a polygragh machine and asked,Are you a good man and he rplies yes &passes. Should he be given a2nd chance?

i was wondering if the backmasked stuff really contain some recoganize ble, comprehensible stuff like what it claims. any tape backmask debungking links are most welcome.

i really doubted this thing now because when i saw an episode in a reality show (im not sure if it was rescue 911), you can actually understand and hear that this histerical woman(subtitled) is saying when she actually was saying the subtitle was changed and you can hear a different statement although it was the same audio sample.

is it like the brain is fooling us to understan stuff that arent actually real? or bluntly said, "making sounds speak what we are predisposed to hearing"?

i think christians can find the words "jesus is lord, or jesus saves" in a song from system of a down..

I mean, who was managing the affairs of the universe and all that is in existence while He was busy talking and lecturing to mankind on this Earth?

Isn't God much greater, more superior, and above all that? Wouldn't He have chosen to send a human being, whose body apparatus is capable of living in Earth's environment (breathing, eating...etc), to communicate His message to similar beings?

Please don't tell me He sent His son...that just the same as saying he came down himself...sorry.
