Anything under 50 is considered young. The ideal age is 36 for men. . . that's when he's at his peak of maturity.

A man or a woman is considered "Young" as long as he or she can do the service without getting additional help in the form of medicine or people or money.

Oh certain and for decades yet. solid grief we may be able to stay for over 100 years why waste all those solid days being previous. and as a footnote* At 22 one has infrequently even been a guy yet so positioned a carry on that previous! O_-
