different for sure. Christianity focuses only one God. Hinduism is millions of individual distinct autonomous deities. Christianity, respect for life and well-being of animals is good, but worship of animals not acceptable, as Hinduism does.

Keep in mind, not to confuse Christianity with some examples of people claiming to be or thinking they are Christian, which is like e-mail and spam, there's lots of that.

Hardly. Last I checked, Christians believe in one God, while they believe in numerous gods.
They believe in reincarnation, that you can be reborn again and again. Not just as a human but as animals and bugs too. Christians believe you have one life and that's it. You have three places to go after death.
There are many other things, but I think you get the picture.
Christianity is more closely related to Judaism and Islam than Hinduism.

uhh.....not really very much at all.

Hindu's believe in reincarnation, karmic energy, various manifestations of the godhead, and birth dictating social position.

Christians believe that Jesus rose from the dead, that this act changed God's relationship with human beings, that persons will go to heaven or hell upon death, and that the only thing that matters is becoming a Christian, either by birth, belief, or baptism (depending on the denomination).

NO. just because u have 3 God-heads/Trinity doesnt mean that they are similar. in Hinduism , its one-in-three wheras in Christianity , it is three-in-one. Christianity is a religion of One God.

Christianity is NOTHING like Hinduism. Christians believe there is only one way to heaven, and Christianity is it...through Jesus is the only way.
