how come and no offence intended that catholics pray to mary, because wouldnt this be an offence considering the time king saul spoke to i think sameul, after the prophet sameul died. and also praying to mary for the forgiveness of sins when it was her son that paid such a heavy price shouldnt it be him we should pray to for forgiveness, no offence to mary she was a good woman but i wonder whether we should pay respect where it is due. what scriptures do you guys use to accomodate these practices, trying to understand.

Clerics all over the world jumped on the chance to denounce the popes comments but said nothing about not taking violent actions. This is where I see the problem in Islam. It says its about peace but silently approves of violence. Now we have a nun who has been killed . Lets see if any clerics come out to denounce this action. I bet you they wont.

It irritates me. They have relaxers or hair dye produts with a black woman on the cover wearing a big wig. Or the insulting 'Africian Pride' products that actually make your natural naps straight. How is that having pride for you hair?

Someone wrote on a resolved question why Beyonce does those hair dye commercials when she wears pieces. I always thought the same thing. First of all those dyes probably aren't really made for black hair, and since when would those movie stars take that time to dye their weaves when they could order a piece that is the same color and isn't damaged from the dye? I guess it is just like any other commercial; use fake props to make the people think they will get the same quality from the product.
