I hate when a guy constantly grabs his nuts. It is distasteful. And I hate when a guy gets an oversized beerbelly, and I hate when they chew spit, and it dribbles into their mustache...Yukko!
I hate all that garbage women put in their hair. And when they cant put on makeup correctly, and when a fat girl wants to wear skinny clothes showing off her layers of belly skin.

When you're at work and a co-worker acts pretty much like they're at home - adjusting their balls, belching, repeatedly clearing flim from their throats, etc. I worked with a woman once (open floor office, totally full at the time) who actually took out a damp rag and washed her armpits! And she had very, very hairy armpits! Then, she put on deodorant!! LOL!! And this was at a Fortune 500 company!
One of the rumors at my current employer is that one of the high level managers never washes his hands after he uses the bathroom - and he shakes hands with customers all day long! Yuck! Especially since I don't like this manager, sometimes I want to yell out to the customers, "...noooo, don't shake his hannnnddd!"

When people don't brush their teeth and they are all yellow and have that coating of slime in the grooves.. Blagh.. Makes me wanna puke..
