Clerics all over the world jumped on the chance to denounce the popes comments but said nothing about not taking violent actions. This is where I see the problem in Islam. It says its about peace but silently approves of violence. Now we have a nun who has been killed . Lets see if any clerics come out to denounce this action. I bet you they wont.

They are too scared to openly preach against the violence because they know what would happen to them. They always say, The truth hurts, and in this case, it really stings them to hear the plain truth. The pope reads a quote about them spreading the faith by sword, and what do they do? They go berserk and start firebombing churchs and killing nuns and demanding an apology. Wow, go figure.

human beings are no longer against Arabs - thats in simple terms stereotypical. yet i understand that thier politicians are all approximately reward and thats it, they attempt to symphasize with you and then use you, its time-honored, all worldwide huge. I'm confused about this, also, but we don't see Christian leaders speaking out abou the Iraq war, so maybe there are only a couple of hot buttons for religious leaders and the rest of us have to pick up the slack.
