She compared Christians to terrorists, and yet it is the homosexual community who is known for intimidating and expecting their view to be heard. Poor Dr. Laura suffered by losing her show and then what about Star Jones Reynolds.
Share your views please. I question why they want to shut Christians up.

The ones that probably didn't finish school, that will recite you the whole Bible by heart but couldn't tell you where Zanzibar is, the ones that don't expect much and don't question much....why is it that they are the ones who vehemently defend the word of the Lord like they've seen him?
Same as somewhere in Haiti, the little peasant is going to convince you that Vodoo changed his life...
Or somewhere in Kenya, a shepherd will tell you that the God of the forest cursed his dying sheep....

OK my cousin and i were discuss the theory that man and ape evolved from a common ancestor. and it is a fact that we do share some of the same DNA as they do. my question is there any where in the bible or any other holy books that would explain this. i have a ideal but it would go back to the angels mating with humans and possible their off spring mating with a monkey type animal. and there for giving us a common ancestor. which would in fact be a human. that would mean it was the monkeys that evolved and not humans. what are your theory's i dont care how long your answer is i will take my time while reading it. but please only serious answers. and im not gonna go out of my way and pick some one who agrees with me i will pick the answer that best explains it.

i was always taught that original sin was adam and eve eating from the tree of knowledge, how ever i have just read an answer stating that sex was the original sin. in genisis god tells adam and eve to be fruitful and multiply. was there someway for them to do this without having sex? and if not then how can they be punished for obeying god?

There is a verse in the bible (and forgive me for forgetting exactly which one) that says something like if you steal it is better to cut off the offending hand so that you will not be tempted and perhaps salvage yourself for Heaven later...or something to that effect.

This is "an eye for an eye" thinking in some ways and that got me to thinking about the death penalty...if a person commits murder and receives the death penalty there are plenty of devoutly-religious people (and others, too) who are violently opposed to that punishment...the general theory, I think, being that murder is a sin.

So while there are some people who would rather we lived every minute of our lives according to the bible's teachings, why then do some of these same people choose to overlook things like "an eye for an eye"? For them, what determines what is reasonable to "ignore" in the bible and what is not?

In short order...how would you end the current and on-going conflict between Israel and the Palestinian's? What could America really do as a "grand gesture" to show that America does care and respect our Arab brothers and sisters? there is this boy at my school name fabion that I think is a bi sexual.The way he dress the way he carry hisself makes me believes hes bi. my father flipped when he found out i was gay. he has always been abusive and all of that stuff. he has just been diagnosed with a potentially terminal cancer. should i forgive him for all of the torture or just be stubborn and not care. he is my father and i do have a few good memories about my childhood.

When conjugating reflexive verbs for nosotros in the imperative, how would I do that in both a negative and affirmative situation? Where's the accent? Please can somebody please explain this and give me three or four examples?

With the tú conjugations in the affirmative, when it's conjugated in the imperative if it's a reflexive verb does it get an accent somewhere, and would you attach the ending to it or would it be at the beginning? Like... sientate or te sienta? accent? Actually, should I do this in the Ud. form as well? Please give me examples for these.

One last question. For the tu conjugation do you attach personal pronouns to the end? I know that for regular situations you only attach it to the conjugated verbs, with the indirect object pronoun coming first. Does this change in the imperative mood for affirmative tu commands? Can you give examples for different situations please? Do you add these to Ud. or not?

I know this is a long, hard question, but thanks everyone!

Blow your nose??? Really this isn't a joke...I have really bad allergies and my nose is always running. If I don't blow my nose...let's just say its gross. I feel so obnoxious. Then I leave the room, which also doesn't work well. Also, what if there isn't a sink nearby to wash your hands? What do you do if there isn't a trash can?

I asked my mom but she just laughed. Then changed the subject so I'm guessing she doesn't know either. Also, my spanish teacher is obsessed with manners so I just ask to go to the bathroom, but I can't do that more than once a period. And then she just stares at me.

I feel like an idoit asking this, but I don't know what else to do.
