She compared Christians to terrorists, and yet it is the homosexual community who is known for intimidating and expecting their view to be heard. Poor Dr. Laura suffered by losing her show and then what about Star Jones Reynolds.
Share your views please. I question why they want to shut Christians up.

Rosie is a homosexual who cannot get Christians to accept her deviant lifestyle, no matter what.

Her frustration is revealed by her rhetoric.

So what else is new?

Well, there have been Christian terrorists. They haven't been around in a long while (thankfully...perhaps they rethought their theology and decided that it wasn't right). But there were many instances were groups who claimed to be Christians (although this is as debatable as whether or not the terrorists today are really Muslims) that bombed abortion clinics, family planning centers, etc. I'm not exactly sure what Rosie's point was in bringing up the subject, but in the near past there have been terrorist groups that have called themselves Christians (not so much anymore...but that's probably because the mood of our nation has changed whereby such actions are no longer ever morally acceptable ever...which some people argued they were justified back when they happened....although I believe they were definately out of the mainstream of Christian thought).

As for Dr. Laura, I'll admit that even though I'm gay I actually enjoyed her show. Well, most of it. From time to time she did say things that weren't very helpful at all to the people who came to her for advice, but mostly it did seem that she was losing ratings. And her show really wasn't as exciting as I thought it was going to be. At first she was really engaged with the audience, but as the show progressed she seemed disinterested in the audience and even with the people who came to her for advice. Then she lost sponsors and then the show was canceled. I'm sure that on radio you can make some mistakes, but on television you have to be more careful. The gay community all but forgot about her tv show once it was up and going (and coincidently the gay issue never came up on the tv show...atleast not that I remember anyways). I have a gay friend that enjoys reading her books.

I don't know much about Star Jones Reynolds and the gay community. I wasn't aware there was any anti-gay thing with her.

And I don't want to shut Christians up. I have a lot of Christian friends. Some who are just fine with my being gay and some who are still my friend but let me know that because of their religion they don't openly approve. We all have the right to our views and perspectives and religious beliefs.

gay terrorists....hehe....that's funny! I just get this image in my head of gay people trying to figure out how not to make it messy....hehe...sorry.....it's just really, really, really funny!!!!

Peace be with you.

Rosie is just so uncomfortable in her own skin she has to lash out at those who say what she is doing is a sin. If she does not think so, then you have to ask, what is she so upset? If she is comfortable with what she is doing in her own bedroom, why the backlash toward the Christians? She is obviously needing approval. I do not know WHY. But she is seeking to silence those who say homosexuality is a sin. But, really, everyone has the right to practice their religion. All she really needs to do is to say, "No thank you" when the Christians bring around the message. That is all she needs to do. "NO THANKS, I have made my choice. You go and practice YOUR choice."

Rosie O'Donnel said something that is not true. Are Christians flying airplanes into buildings Rosie? No, case closed.
Many leftists despise Christians and she is one
It is open season out on the Christians. Now, if she would have said something bad about Muslims, even though it may have been true, she'd be in trouble.
The bashing of Jews is more and more acceptable to. That didn't use to be the case. The Jewish and Christian hatred is acceptable now on the left. Especially on campus.

whilst certainly one of those project happens it in straightforward terms makes the gay community look undesirable. gay's are already ban from the St. Patricks Day parade in long island city because of the fact they are considered as terrorists same because of the fact the KKK it is likewise ban from that parade.

I'm sure they did this for a viewers base. They want to see, what majority of audience they have. They will "cater" to the audience. They apparently have been getting tons of mail. They are going to draw a line now, for "Ratings".

The homosexual community is intimidating?

They aren't ruining anyone's life. Christians are by persecuting homosexuals. They want Christians to shut up because what they say is cruel, demeaning, and hurtful.

The comparison to terrorists may be slightly extreme, but homosexuals are certainly terrorized by Christians, so maybe not that far off after all.
