I think the law tends to go easyer on women. Its a sexist thing

Could it be that female victims of male sex offenders (the most typical situation) can get pregnant and are usually traumatized?

Or maybe it's that male victims of female sex offenders (the most typical situation) were usually the ones initiating the sexual relationship?

These things make a big difference. For women preying upon little boys, a line is crossed to be sure and this must be addressed. But removing the teacher from any position of authority over children and ending her access to them is perfectly sufficient; there's no punishment required if she ceases this type of contact if no permanent damage was done to her victims.

probable because of discrimination. Having sex with the instructor is considered an fulfillment if you're a boy. Society does not settle for as fairly that youthful females have needs too

Ya I think they should be getting same punishment lol.
But I assume the law assume that female sex offenders are not as violent and after all they are the ones putting themselves at risk of pregnancy so they don't bother being as harsh.

I know it's ridiculous. women want equality, so why not here. I especially thought the one that actually said she was too pretty to go to prison was hilarious. I couldn't believe she actually said that, how conceited.

I think same type of crime, same time.

was thinking the same thing tonight. men are predators in the sexual realm. but you also have to admit there are thousands if not tens of thousands of male pedofiles and very few women pedofiles. and well it takes a victim to report a crime too.

same double standard as why women are paid less for doing the same job as a man. its 2006 and men and women still arent completely equal. the punishment should be the same.
