Please all of you, do not point fingers at non- believers, we are called to testify not to be judges or jury. Pull out your Bibles and get facts. Don't stoop to their level, remember the Devil comes in all disguises. What a great way to brush up on your evangelism/testimony

Strange but serious Q.
Story I heard and wondering about how true it could be.

An archangel is born on earth. He is tortured, abused, humiliated and almost killed. He himself does not know that he is an angel. People try to trick and con him - he does not know who to trust. He goes into deep trances where he can see visions of light and the past and the future and other angels. But when he reverts back out of the trance, he is clueless - and just a simple person. The devil tries to corrupt his mind and thoughts and actions over time. The angel is sent to love and bring back the devil - not kill him. The devil fights with him in his mind, rather than physically. The angel's love is not able to conquer the devils hatred. He does not have the strength left in him, and the other angels pull him out of the situation. The angel does not turn evil but just lives as an ordinary person after this.

Such a story possible? Before the final conflict?
What would happen next? Is he fallen angel?

can someone tell me where in the bible it say do not baptise infants. i have ready many passages that have siad they baptised house holds, it does not say only after an age. the relationship between baptisem circumcision is like this. If a man wanted to be come a jew, he had to believe in the od of israel and be circumcised, if one wants to become christian believe in good and jesus and be baptized. in the old testament , those born into jewish households could be circumcised in anticipation of the jewish faith they would be raised in and If children in believing homes are being caught to pray to God as
?Father? and to trust in the love of Jesus, who is present with them, then they are in fact being treated as believers from the start, and should then be baptised from the start. To treat them in other respects as believers (even in a tentative way) and yet not to baptise them is to fly in the face of the New Testament use of baptism. i am a catholic i read the bible everyday

What I mean is what if their soul has gone to another person, or in another place in time, like in Heaven. If suddenly they are reanimated back into life, what happens to their soul. Will it come back into their body or will they be empty, with no soul. What if their soul has been reincarnated, what happens to that person it was reincarnated back into. WIl they die or will they be soulless. Please answer me. I have been pondering it for a while.

I'm serious about learning about Scientology. I have no interest in joining, but I have heard many conflicting views on the subject, and I am curious to know if it is considered a "real" religion or just a weird cult. I read a bit about the Xenu story online, but is that a real explanation, or just a sci-fi story?

I looked up the word and it means ''Fear of or contempt for lesbians and gay men'' I really resent being called that because it sounds like their trying to say
i'm afriad of them. Do they really think people are afraid of them or that they dont have contempt for them I think its the latter.I think they should get a new name to call us so it doesent sound like we have a fobia of them.I am asking this question because everytime I disagree with anything about their life style
I get called that even if I try to be sensitive about it.

I have noticed a lot of people personally attack the askers if the askers spell something wrong, like it's more important to them for everybody (cause they are controlling) to use spell check before posting. Why is it so damned hard to just answer the questions without attacking the person asking it? Does this bother you, and has it happened to you? Why can't they try to think peope just want to get their questions out there, or maybe it's a kid theyr'e attacking, or improve themselves by letting things go without being so strict in their expectations of others?

I don't get it. I often get treated like this at night class. I will try and make a conversation with someone by asking them "how is your weekend?" and they will hear my question, knowing FULL well that I ASKED them, but they will look at someone else and answer as if they were talking to them.
I noticed sometimes when I ask a professor a question, they will look at another student and answer.

No I am not ugly, I am just wondering why they look at someone else to answer instead of me.
Why do people do this?

If someone asked me something, I would look at the person who asked and answer, not someone else.

FIRST OFF, I AM NOT AGAINST IT NOR AM I FOR IT. I believe sometimes some people, regardless of color or race just get along and get married. I really don't care. But, what is your take on it? Are you for it or are you against it? If your against it, what combination bothers you most? If your for it, is there a situation when you would think it wrong? Honest answers everyone. Also, don't judge someone by the answer. I won't. Some people just think different.
