ROME, Ga. - The never-ending march of technology now means school children here can pay for their cafeteria sloppy joes with their fingers.

Rome City Schools is switching to a scanning system that lets students use their fingerprints to access their accounts. In the past, students had to punch in their pin numbers.

"The finger's better because all you've got to do is put your finger in, and you don't have to do the number and get mixed up," said Adrianna Harris, a second grader at Anna K. Davie Elementary School.

My grandparents put aside a little over two thousand dollars for all of the grandchildren for when they start college. I know I should save the money and do something responsible with it but I'm not. I'm going to spend it all on clothes. My question is what should I buy? I am trying to aim for a more "stud" look. Right now, most of my clothes are big on me. I have no idea how to achieve this look. I want to look like a girl but still have... I guess a boyish charm. I am a lesbian and I'm in college, so something to that effect. I still don't want the girly clothes. Please help me.

I regularly exercise at a large beautiful lake park. Holiday weekends it is crowded. Mostly good families and friends. Scum show up also. They trash the picnic areas and anywhere the bums tread. On the men’s side of restroom bldg. they urinated on the floor and smeared human feces all over the toilet and walls. I would like to take them into a old garage, firmly tighten their “thingy” in a bench vice, break off the handle, hand them a hacksaw, and set the garage on fire on the way out. I have the belief that all are God and God is Love… but these un-humans challenge my belief of that… they are un-God. Ugh! I did call the park’s office and gave my condolences and gratitude to the crew that clean that up. They were happy someone noticed.

With even news readers 'dumbing down' and using words like 'lads' and 'booze' where do we find any examples of proper spoken English? We're flooded with American TV and film. Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm saying things correctly anymore. Does anyone else care?

Is this true about confidence? That when you are very confident you dont give a confidence a second though, you hardly think about your self at all, because your attention becomes
absorved in situation or experience at a time. And when you are very confident you can tolerate uncertainty very easily,what ever happens I will be able to handle it. Confident people are spontenous. Do you agree with this?
