My grandparents put aside a little over two thousand dollars for all of the grandchildren for when they start college. I know I should save the money and do something responsible with it but I'm not. I'm going to spend it all on clothes. My question is what should I buy? I am trying to aim for a more "stud" look. Right now, most of my clothes are big on me. I have no idea how to achieve this look. I want to look like a girl but still have... I guess a boyish charm. I am a lesbian and I'm in college, so something to that effect. I still don't want the girly clothes. Please help me.

I don't wear girl clothes at all. Not because I'm trying to attract other girls with boy clothes, but because I don't like them...on me

Oh, I love shopping! Hollister is a great place to shop for guy clothes that fit a girls body, there and abercrombie. I run about a 7-8 in women sizes and the smalls and extra smalls in their mens fit perfectly. Kinda butch without the over sized clothing. If you are looking to stay more on a budget then I would try Target, Old Navy, or Aeropastle. The sizes are a little bigger and the style not as trendy and up to date as the more expensive clothing lines....but if a girl is only looking at you for your clothing, then she isn't worth having. Good Luck and Happy Shopping!

I go with the polo shirts, jeans and some timberland boots. I like that look because I always look neat and clean and it doesnt scream femme and it doesnt scream butch. Trust me, whatever you decide to wear, make sure you always look clean. I am a stud and no matter what I wear I always match and look right. But I suggest polo or lacoste. It's classic, never goes out of style and if you have any style at all, you can rock it right.
And no matter what you decide to wear, have some good smellin cologne. Chicks LOVE it when you smell good.

Well, try the clothes studs here at Manila look like. Say if your size is bet small and medium try the medium t-shirt, pants would not be too big for you but not fit. Try on snickers and stuff like that. Dress something like Usher but a big NO to the big shirts. Try also semi-fit polos that have very soft textiles.

Hey girl, u can attract girls(who like girls too) w/out looking like a butch.Just dress simply if youre used to it or maybe put on a really nice denim or leather jacket(women's) and pair it with cute pair of girly sneakers or leather shoes. It's not in d way u dress, its superficial,u have to treat the girls nicely w/ respect and show off a little sense of humor& use a lot of eye contact.Im sure you'll win a girl's heart.

I hate to be a killjoy, but you really should spend that money on education. Then you can have a good job and buy good clothes for the rest of your life instead of just once.
Plus being young, queer and in college is a TON of fun ;-) Don't deprive yourself of the experiance.

If you MUST spend the money on clothes, this is my advice. Go to your local girl club, check out what everyone else is wearing. If you like what some chick is wearing, and you like the same kind of girls that seem to go for her, ask her where she shops. Problem solved!

You obviously don't want my opinion on what to do with the money...but if you're gonna spend it on clothes...try to go for something classic...something that will last more than a couple of fashion seasons...Classic is always in.
