If I prefer to say "will be imported", then I am supposed to say: 'they will be exported' in order to make it parallel?

Every time I watch a television show from the 1950’s I’m perplexed at certain references, such as “Sunday Bath.” As in, “Did you take your Sunday Bath Dear?” Did people only bathe weekly? Also, have you ever seen a 1950’s teen girl make this excuse, “I can’t go out with you Wally, I have to wash my hair that day.” How often did people wash their hair back then? I take about two showers a day, three when I visit the gym, and I wash my hair about twice a day. I can’t image going one day without being clean. Were the people in those TV shows serious or was it just slang?

I have been seeing a little boy in my house lately. My husband has seen it on occasion as well. Normally I just see him out of the corner of my eye but the other day I saw him straight on. And as I am looking at him, he literally turned and ran down the hall. I went after him but couldn't catch him. My husband and I both think that he is the same little boy that we used to see at a previous residence- Is that possible?
Why do I continually see these kinds of things?

I've seen some here tonight who claim the events in Revelation have already occurred.

Could someone clarify why they believe this?
Is there historical proof that the Mark was given?
Is there any proof that the Battle of Armageddon happened already?
What about the new Heaven & Earth?
Wouldn't we be past the 1,000 year reign?
Or are we in the "for a time" when Satan is loosed & allowed to reek havoc?

I know the Bible is historically correct in many aspects. So wouldn't it be a safe guess that there'd be some record of these events elsewhere?

If you think God whispers into the Pope's ear then explain why God would preach the following... these things seem stupid to me and I hope history will look back and agree.

- no women priests
- babies are born sinners
- no stem cell research
- no condoms to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS

at me, rolling his eyes and stares me down. I don't talk to him because he is loud and rude. There is times when he starts singing some a$$ silly Rupaul song and popping his fingers at me. I don't know what this means and I am starting to get pissed because it's a everyday thing. I am black and white. My father is white and my mother is light skinned. I look white. A large % people can't tell I'm part black at all. My father is a very successful businessman who beat my Mom and left when I was a child. I was raised by my Mom only so although I look white, culturally I am very black in a lot of ways. I have found it very hard getting ahead in the business world despite my father is on the board of directors at the largest corporation in the world. I have been told that I lack professionalism but I am very confused and personally I feel that the fact that I look caucasian but was raised by a black woman very much plays into how people judge me for work and otherwise. What do you guys think?

the bible says that all nations will gather into israel. it also says that nations will do their best to wipe israel off the map, but will never succeed. And our lord will then come to israel (jerusalem) and the whole world will know the glory of jesus.

Atheist in general focus too much on christianity. What we need to focus on is the true religion of evil that is taking over western civlization bit by bit. Islam is the worse religion to ever come on this earth. There is no such thing as a peaceful muslim. Whenever a muslim does a violent thing, the other muslims never condemn it.

I am not a hate-mongerer or anything, and I don't hate the arab race. What I do hate and have no tolerance for is the barbaric stone-age mentality muslims who we are at war with.
