does that mean that he is not all powerful, nor all knowing because he needs to be entertained and is not able to entertain himself without creating a free willed entity? Is God not a self sufficent God?

Where else would he get his laughs, if he didn't have fanatical believers to amuse him?

I somehow doubt God finds us amusing very often lately. He created us for our opportunity to experience Him, not for any need He had. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit had perfect relationship and completion. We are an expression of His love.
