That's all just insane.
I'm gay, I've never seen anyone do such things at work. The fact you even know who RuPaul is makes me wonder a bit -- but it is strange. I would speak to him directly, and journal what is happening in case I had to take it up with Human Resources. I would do the same thing if I were being harassed by someone straight in appropriately stereotypical "straight ways" as well.
Kind thoughts,
Reynolds

The aggressive gay guy or queen is very dramatic and is always trying to start something. It sounds like that's the case here. Maybe you should be aggressive as well. Although it won't solve anything. He's apparently interested in you and does not know how to approach you. Flaunt your stuff and make it known how you swing whether gay or straight. Once he knows your position he'll back off.

He's still not secure in his sexuality and feels the need to rub it in other people's faces. I guess, I worked with a guy like this once after about 5 months of no one saying anything he quit with the jerky behavior.

It's not acceptable for anyone to act at a person like he is acting with you no matter if they are Gay Straight Bi or Lesbian so go up to him and ask him whats the problem then if he says nothing then tell him keep his sucking to himself lol. Good luck

I think he just knows how to push your buttons and he's doing it. Next time just smile and go about your business. When you're busy, don't notice him at all. Act as though he's the village idiot, and if you need something from him, speak to him, other wise just smile and say, "Good morning Jimmy," or whatever and go about your business. Once he sees that he's NOT pushing your buttons, he'll stop.

He's jealous of you, you're making him look bad. Take that in a good way, because you obviously have something over him whether he'd admit it or not.
Take that power and use it.
