when in ghana recently there were signs at certain heritage sights notifying foreigners that they had to pay more. this is fine, many local people cant afford the tickets and also it promotes local interest. however, it did not seem to mean foreigners as i went with a group of mixed afrcan nations and a finnish girl, and only her and i had to pay more. they based it on skin colour. now, this is fine, the price was a pittance, but it shows that they see a major difference which suggests to them that white people are richer. so, is it unreasonable for a white person to feel wealthier and more important when those around them are treating them as such.

so my question, have any of you encountered this? and does it seem likely that this sort of thing prolongs an imaginary gulf between black and white?

because i thought that is says something about jesus giving christians eternal life. Well, if that's true, then non christians do not have eternal life, right? Then what is hell, because i've heard that it's torment for all of eternity, but that would still be eternal life.

The Parable of the Ten Virgins

Let us look at Matthew 25:1-13 from the NIV Bible:

Matthew 25

1. "At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
2. Five of them were foolish and five were wise.
3. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them.
4. The wise, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps.
5. The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.
6. "At midnight the cry rang out: 'Here's the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!'
7. "Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps.
8. The foolish ones said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.'
9. " 'No,' they replied, 'there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.'

ive been watching videos and saw pictures of statues of the Virgin Mary crying blood which has been tested to resemble human blood.
