If so, where are you from and how do you deal with it? I feel so sorry for you and I would try my best to leave though I know certain circumstances make it harder for some people to leave.

i was just thinking that the evolution of our colloquialisms has really come full circle... remember when the word used to describe a good looking woman was "foxy" and then we had "fine", "phat" all the way up to "hot"...anybody remember any others? or for men either?

Why is it corporate America's job to raise our children now? Can we not take responsibility and initiative to filter accordingly? I'm not talking about open-air domain (think: billboards) where no one has the choice to avoid it, I'm talking about television, books, magazines, etc where we can.

Or was it because they didnt have vaccines and good medicine? God could have prevented that right? The elderly and the infants were the first to die.

Some religious wackos claim it was the "great" sin of the day, but where they "sinning" more then? How do you know they were...is there anyway to know? We have have massive porn and gambling industries today. Terrorist religions and slave states (North Korea).

If God exists, and I ever meet him, I will ask him why he didnt wait till WW2 to blasts the black plague on us...or if he could design a more discriminatory bug...something that doesnt kill little innocent Johnny who never had a chance to grow up or even attempt to sin or do good.

Hey, just for fun, say "God works in mysterious ways" then have someone punch you really hard right after you say that...trust me, it will be good for you.

All else aside (like history, science, annoying missionaries), does it take more courage to believe and live your life according to the belief that there is a capital "G" god, or that there is only the life you live on earth? I doubt anyone is a shining example of either.

Saudi Arabia, the headquarters of Islam, the only country in the world where freedom of religious expression (except Isla) is outlawed, has the full support of the "Christian" USA. Why would such an "evil Christian" empire be giving so much support to the one country in the world where you can get your head cut off for owning a Chrsitian Bible? Is the USA really against Islam, or is this just an excuse for filthy Islamic Jihadian propoganda being spewed in mosques worldwide?

I used to have the biggest crush on my co-worker, but my co-worker acted like I was not good enough for him and because he knew that I had a crush on him he would do stuff just to annoy me, like tell me stories about all the girls he dated and how all the girls like him yada yada yada. Well now I finally have someone special in my life and my co-worker does not like that. He doesn't hold conversations with me like he used to and when I tell him that I am leaving work early to go spend time with my "honey" he gets really mad. Sometimes when I start to talk about my new love he would just get up and walk away. Can anyone help me to understand why he is behaving this way? He had a chance to be with me but he chose otherwise.
