Obviously, lucifer is also in God's master plan. The plan of using him(lucifer) as He(God) wills;just like the rest of us(humanity).

Because God as the "Creator" to destroy Lucifer as the "Creation" would be unjust. One of the many characteristics of God is Justice. Therefore the only way God could "Defeat" (I use this term very loosely because regardless of what has happened, is happening and will happen God cannot be "Defeated") Lucifer is via another creation A.K.A Mankind. Through man God can "Destroy" Lucifer,

You're almost there, just ask a few more good questions... like this one...

If Lucifer (which means light bearer) is god's most perfect creation, the only being who could look upon the face of god, and this most perfect creation got kicked out of heaven, what chance does a human have of getting into heaven?

Don't follow blindly, educate yourself and follow only if you have faith

Because the issue that was raised by Satan and mankind's rebellion in the Garden of Eden was one of sovereignty. Satan lied and told Eve that eating from the Tree of Knowledge would make her become like God knowing good and bad. Satan also claimed that God was lying to them when he said that they would die if they ate from that tree and said that they positively would not die. By disobeying God, Satan, Adam and Eve were, in effect, questioning his authority, or right to rule over his creation. God, in his infinite wisdom, knew that the only way to settle the issue was to give Satan and mankind the opportunity to prove their claim and govern themselves, that way when it was all said and done no spirit creature or human being could ever question God's authority again. That is why things are the way the are today; we have failed miserably at governing/ruling ourselves and Satan doesn't care for us and only wants us to share in the pain of his punishment. At some point when God feels that enough time has gone by to prove for all time that we cannot take care of ourselves he will step in and correct the state of things by means of his own Kingdom/government that will eradicate all of the problems that we face in the world today and bring peace and unity to the earth once again.

Lucifer never rebelled in heaven. 'lucifer' is not the name of a demon, but is the Latin word for "Venus", which is what the original text means. If you go read the text in question, you'll see that it clearly and explicitly is referring to Nebuchadnezzar, not a demon.

The whole fallen angel doctrine is not Biblical.

Maybe it's part of a Master Plan so that humans would have the choice to choose God or not. It wouldn't the same if everyone was born into allegiance with God instead of making the choice. Here's an example; Would you rather your dog came to you because he wanted to be near you or because he had no choice? Would you know if he loved you truly?

I don't know how much you will like this answer but here goes...

The Devil was created by the church during the start of the Inquisition and fashioned to look the the Pagan God Herne. This allowed the Church to persecute Pagans as "Devil Worshipers", kill them, and then take their lands for themselves.

Because God intends to use Lucifer (Satan) to help us to mature and grow.
Think of Lucifer as the Ultimate Math Homework.....

lucifer means - shinning one.
the reason God enlisted Michael the arch angel to kick Lucifer out of heaven was that Lucifer was the band leader and he led he music that was played in heaven and before God's throne. Instead of dong his job one day he decided to look at himself in the mirror and liked what he saw. He liked himself so much that he decided to forget about worshipping God and wanted to have his own gig.
God calls that pride. the sin of pride got him expelled from heaven
a better question would be why did God let him land on the earth when he kicked him out. and after he landed here with 1/3 of the angels that he took with him with his tail why was he allowed access to the garden of eden. If God could put a angel at the entrance of the garden of eden to keep adam and eve from going back in after God had kicked them out he could have put an angel there to keep lucifer out to began with.
So, to answer your question God had developed plans ahead of time to use Lucifer to test Adam and Eve to see if they both would be obediant or not concerning the eating of the fruit of the tree of knowledge. ever since God has used him to test the hearts of man to see if he would choose him or God.
It's interesting after God had kicked them out of the garden that God said they must not be allowed to eat from the fruit of the tree of life and live forever. eating from the tree of knowledge and eating from the tree of life would not only made man immortal but also knowing good and evil. Some theorize that the tree of life was Jesus.
I have also heard people speculate that another reason God kicked him out was because Gof told him that he was going to make Jesus sit at his right hand instead of him. which is why lucy hates Jesus so much. and inspired the crucifixion.

Because God is a forgiving being. It wouldn't look good if God went around killing people left and right. And second it brings up a way to scare people into being good, God following Christians that won't end up living out eternity with God's enemies.
