i have been been with my boyfriend for 3 yrs,,trouble is im starting to become aware of what he is really like...im at home most of the time on my own with my son..whos autistic...hes been with me years befor the diagnosis and at least 1 and half after..he has no respect for my feelings at all..as a young mother i dont expect him to be with me all the time as my son is not his,,but he treats him like he is..i just want to be treated with respect..if there is a 21st or party he will make his excuses for me not to go..and i will left home on my own ...other nites he will only come up when it suits him...am i being taken for a fool...i feel like i am wasting too much time on him which i could be using on my son...i dont want to be treated like a fool...i just want to be happy??? any feelings towards this..or any advice???

i heard that if you dont dream this means that you will eventually go insane because the brain has no way to release the things that it deals with during the day. Anyone know if this is a proven fact or just myth?

Considering that in the OT God shows up as burning bushes, towers of smoke, plagues of locust, first-borns drop dead, parting the Red Sea, world-wide flood, booming voice from the sky, stops the sun, etc etc, one might deduce that God doesn't have a problem showing Himself.

And yet, after Paul's vision, God seems to disappear altogether.

God wasn't too concerned about faith back in the OT. He even allows Himself to be tested against another god (whose priests can't get the wood to burn so they can offer sacrifice, Moses staff turning into a serpent and eating the serpents of Pharoah's wizards, etc). So why has God grown so shy?

Ok, here's the scenario, answer honestly here.

A man walks in with X amount of cash in a briefcase. He's very rich, very old, and frankly, he's a tad be weird. You are working in a store with just your bestfriend, no one else is there. The man says I will give you X amount of cash if you will eat the feces of your friend. I mean right there, warm, wet, steaming poo. You must keep it down for at least 10 minutes. I am a 100% lesbian, but I still think some men are hot/cute/whatever. The thing is, I would NEVER have any sexual relations with a man. I have never been with a man and never will.

Is this weird that I think men are hot? I think some men are hotter than women! I think that is kinda messed!

I sometimes see on Fox News them talking about things being 'nixed' in a sense that means 'stopped'. Where did this 'nix' word come from? I'd never heard it until I saw it on Fox News, it seems to be just an American word. Are there any other made-up words that Americans use?

As a Christian I have often felt targeted by other people for the sins of fellow Christians and I feel like I'm automatically grouped in with them. I can't even imagine how it must be for all the Muslims. I was wondering how you have been treated with all the things that have been going on in the world with the extremists. Why do some gay guys try to act like women? Or maybe it is all gay guys, but anyways. And why do the overtly lesbo women that I see have buzzcuts and try to wear clothes that usually only fat guys wear? It's creepy.

Can't gays be gay without completely giving up on identifying with their own gender? You would think of all people that they would identify the most.

People are often put into a box. Assumptions are made based on appearance and actions. For Americans, in your opinion, do you think the prejudice for Indians (not native americans)comes from mostly an "in-born" prejudice for other groups, or is prejudice simply acquired?
