The evidence says God, at around 1,347,040 people which he killed in the bible. Of course this doesn't include outside the bible.

Here's an article with a chart that lists all the people that god killed:
http://dwindlinginunbelief.blogspot.com/2006/08/how-many-has-god-killed.html

Of course, I should mention that saying "god killed" is metaphorically speaking since this god doesn't actually exist and the bible itself is a mythical book.

This is in reference to those claiming "God" exists based on the claim his non-existence has not been proven.

So, if things can be conclusively proven to not exist, please name all the things you can prove do not exist. And, the proof to support your claim of non-existence.

Thanks.

("God" refers to the biblical or creator God)

How do you view/picture the christian God?

We hear of Baal-actually how many other Gods are mentioned in The Bible? Weren't the Romans worshipping Zues (The Greeks Apollo) at the time of Christ? They both had numerous Gods and yet I don't recall them being mentioned-what is mentioned is that certain tribes had other beliefs but what were those beliefs? And forgive me but please do not mention Christianity as it never appears in that form in either book (nor none of the sects that followed of were created after AD)hummm?

This is a real practice that women, especially in underdeveloped countries, are paid up to 200 USD to grow the baby to the right age, which are harvested between 8-12 weeks.

Apparently this is a growing trend in which women are traveling to various place around the world to receive this "treatment".

I am so disgusted it is beyond belief. Not only is abortion about as evil as it can get, this rubs salt into the wound further objectifying the unborn for our own personal gain.

If any doubt the claims I have made or simply want to learn more feel free to click on this link.

We most definitely have been traveling down the slippery slope for sometime. I only hope we can put on the breaks before we as a society, totally unravel.

I do, and more than that, it can be dangerous. At a busy store (like Walmart), esp at a busy time of year (Christmas, back to school) space is tight in the parking lot and there are always lots of people milling around. Any further obstacles and blind spots make things just that much worse.

I try to take an orphaned cart with me out of the parking lot as I enter the store.

What do you all think, am I being oversensitive? After all, they have people to bring the carts in don't they?

I have a friend who sincerely believed God would heal by his exercise of faith healing. Ive known him forever and have not ever seen him do anything that doesnt fall softly into simple human experience.

However, I assure you, the is 100% sincere and "believes". No amputee has ever been "healed" right? Thats because the healing process can be objectively observed.

Ive done some research on this and never run into any real proof of faith healing...put another, nothing that doesnt otherwise happen outside faith healing...follow?

I think most people understand this subconsciously, but like Andy Kaufmann, when afflicted, will try anything. If we understand this is fakery and healings just dont work, does it not follow that prayer also...doesnt work? After all, an attempt at healing is just another type of prayer, in both cases, we ask for supernatural help.

Oh I know, you want to tell me how God works "you see, if your heart isnt purple and glowing...then he wont help ya"..sigh.

As a single Christian girl, it is so hard to be patient and wait for the guy God has picked for me. I know that he is out their somewhere. I guess that I am just curious. It seems like to me all of the nice, guys that are faithful to God have all been taken. I guess that I just need to be patient. I know "He" is out there somewhere.

I saw someone saying that "Just because some Hindus flew into the towers, doesn't mean that all Hindus are bad." I'm just curious if this is a common mistake, for people to confuse Hindus and Muslims.

Here In Australia they have recently aired "Paradise Lost" on our cable telivision. Since then Ive been really interested in the story. I dont know what to believe. At first I believed that the step-father did it, then throught out the 3 hour program they showed the 3 teens who are thought to have killed the boys. Im really not sure on what to believe. The father has always had an answer to everything he was ever asked. They boy havent. But I still doubt the father.

What do you think, and could you tell me more about it...?

I am in a relationship with a woman (38) who lives in L.A. I live 100 miles away. She has a friend (male) who is very wealthy, and likes to be surrounded by pretty women. She often goes on his yacht with her girlfriends. She has a good time when she goes, and enjoys going from club to club with him and her friends in his limousine. I have never met this person. This weekend, my girlfriend is attending a birthday for one of her girlfriends at a nightclub where this guy is buying bottle service for $2,000.00 and having a private table. Only women are invited, but most certainly some of his friends will show up. She intends to go, over my objection. Is this disrespectful? If we are in a relationship, should she be attending these functions where I am not invited, so that this guy can feel important by having my girlfriend participate (nonsexually) in his harem? Should she decline the invitation out of respect for me, or is it normal to serve herself up for this guy's pleasure?

I know that pergatory is a place between earth and heaven, where the souls who aren't totally pure go. Frankly shouldn't that be a pit stop for us all? My understanding is that we wait there until God reclaims the earth and all souls. Who can tell me more? All I really know about it is what I read in Dante's books which of course are mythical but still fascinating.

Would your choice of where to go in time be effected by the availability of health care (for example being able to have anesthesia for sugery or dentitry )?
Would you want to visit the future or the past as a:

# 1 - 'fly-on-the-wall' observer
or

#2 - as a person who actually can interact with others?

Do you think the human beings will ever figure out the actual mechanics of time travel?
