People like you have already made up your bias minds. You're not genuinely seeking answers; you use Yahoo to recruit others, who feel like you do to join your racist klan.

I bet you're having problems in your own home life and you're angry and depressed. Only weak troubled people are racist.
The next time you see loud black people go up to them and ask why. Then come back here and tell us what transpired after that.

Why don't u ask those "some Black people" that u feel are loud? Nobody can answer such a generic blanket question. Since u want to know how about asking the next Black person that u see and u think they are loud....they should hopefully be able to help answer your question.........

Some people, whether Black, White, Asian, Hispanic, etc. just like to call attention to themselves and feel that if they are loud, then they are somehow important. These people just want to be the center of attraction and attention.

i happen to be in a relationship with a black men.he even says that black people are loud.i guess it is just in there nature.now some white folks can be loud to.maybe the black people are really trying to get there points across, and yelling is the only way.only black people know that answer.

I sort of notice that too. I think some people may be offended by this, but I don't see what's SO bad about saying this because in some aspects it is true. Perhaps if you were more specific and provided more details, that would be better.
