This is in reference to those claiming "God" exists based on the claim his non-existence has not been proven.
So, if things can be conclusively proven to not exist, please name all the things you can prove do not exist. And, the proof to support your claim of non-existence.
Thanks.
("God" refers to the biblical or creator God)

Hi, RG, good to see you, my condolences for the tragedies.
To everyone: This question is not about "God." It is about anything that does not exist.
Please name something (other than "God") that does not exist and offer proof (not your opinion) to support that claim.
Thanks.

Thanks Taranto, but you appear to be referring to concepts or ideas. While your point is valid, it is not directly related to the question asked. I am referring to tangible things, not concepts (formulas, titles, etc.).

Thanks, Bill, at least you got in the ballpark of the question. Taranto gave a good answer, but the question more relates to Santa Claus than to titles of nobility or mathematical formulas.
If we all agreed, the world would be a very boring place.

I can prove that there are truths of mathematics that can't be proven. I freely admit that Kurt Godel did this before me. It is not a simple proof -- but it is a thing of beauty.
I can prove that there is no set of all sets. I freely admit that Bertrand Russell did this before me. It is a simple proof -- and it is a thing of beauty.
I can prove that there is no king of the United States. It is a proof with approximately 280 million steps. Each one involves walking up to an American and asking if he is king (actually -- since only the males need to be asked, there are only about 140 million steps). I freely admit that the census bureau has done this before me (implicitely, not explicitely). It is a simple proof, but not very pretty.
I really don't have enough space to list all of the things that I can prove do not exist. God is not among the things that I can prove do not exist. I am more likely to accept the truths of mathematics that can't be proven than the existence of the Biblical God.

JT, normally we have a similar view on things, but I'm gonna have to take the other side on this one.
Santa Claus (not st. nick) doesn't exist. A man in a red suit doesn't deliver toys each and every year for the last 100+years to good children. My proof...I waited up for him for at least 7 years...caught my mom putting out gifts, but no Santa.
The democratic election of Bush (first term) didn't exist. No matter how many times the ballots were counted, the Supreme Court gave him the office.
Sorry, had to play Devil's Advocate here

If it were possible to prove or disprove God then faith would not be needed and God's whole plan would be faulty. The inability to know for sure is the very essence of faith. Then are we simply cast adrift, lost and unable to discern the truth. NO. Ask God (This may take years or a life time) and you will get enough of an answer to exercise faith the size of a mustard seed and like that seed your faith will grow when you exercise it feed it and water it. Some people will not choose to honestly accept the "still small voice" of the Holy Spirit so even if they ask they will not hear. Scripture says "faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God" You can not challenge God to prove himself. You must WORK your way to God.

Well, "God" for one.
Religion seems way too much like schizophrenia to me.
UPDATE:
What else doesn't exist.... The Tooth-fairy, the Easter Bunny, Santa Clause, the Boogyman, Spiderman, Batman, Superman, The A-Team, Knight Rider, The Incredible Hulk, the Simpsons, and finally.....
a true democracy in America.
Proof: They are all fictional!

Hey JT ! Greetings !
Nice to see you back !
Well The Asian Tsunami of 2004 is my Proof for non-existence of a loving Creator God.
JT, there is a Maternity Hospital in the town of Karapitiya Sri Lanka. This Hospital got washed away with Pregnant Mothers and Infants who just saw day light for the first time - their mothers face for the first time - some were giving birth.... This was the first time in my whole life I think my heart wept ! I went to support relief efforts the very day and What I saw changed my life !

All the things which are beyond the perception range at any given point of time does not exist to that person !
Exactly why this existence of God is such a big issue !
God is the most used concept, and because of the attributes popularly discussed, it also causes a deep fear (what if that fellow really exists and does not like me just because I was all along refusing to accept his existence ?) !
Try shutting off the sense organs one at a time, and visualise as if they were not available since birth itself, then you will be surprised that so many things get added to YOUR list of 'does not exist' things !
When a person decides to deepen his level of awareness/consciousness, many newer dimensions of life come within his reach of perception, and he becomes a smiling, and silent spectator, amused looking at others !

Can you disprove existence of GOD?
God is not a thing to prove. he is spirit and he can understand your feelings and emotions.
Are you grater than Stephen Hawkins the great physicist accepted that there must be beginning.
How to you live on the earth?
What is the purpose of your living?
What os moral truth?
How do you confirm that what you are doing is right, when you do not have any moral base for your choice?
Can you define sufferings and evil away from GOD?
how do you define existence?
There are three methods.
Archaeological proof.
Legal, scientific techniques.

exactly as the first person said, "absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence"..
this is another example, can you taste the color red? can you hear it? can you feel it? but you know that there is something like the color Red.. why cant you say if that God is not real when you can feel him and you can hear him.. We live in a world where we think that we know everything, and everything that isn't explanatory our heads focused on the common denominater..
havent you ever thought of about how the world is so perfect.. how the grass is green how gravity works, how there is oceans and in them there is life, and do you think that chemicals from another dead planet, made water on sea, an extraordinary creatures like us humans who have love, hate, epathy, mercy and most importantly faith? ofcourse your going to think about all wars and poverty, but man made that, without money there wouldnt be poverty, without greed there wouldnt be a war.
well back to the question, i can prove that santa doesnt exist because i'd been really good last year and he never dropped to give me a present :(..

Well if you think it possible that there be an infinite span of the continuum, then all possibilities are happening somewhere at some time. Somewhere out there in a different reality there just might be a planet like this one, living on it a man who can fly and and has superhuman strength and fights crime. I can not prove this of course, but wouldn't that be cool?

I can prove that it's not raining outside my house at this very moment (if you were here and willing to accept that my reality is your reality). But, I know that's not the point of your question...I can't prove that anything absolutely doesn't exist. But, I can show that an idea is so absurd that it would be stupid to believe it is true. That's why I don't believe in any religions.
