Ok, here it goes again-hope i am clearer this time
I am in love with a guy and he feels the same. He is bi and I am straight. We are good friends and dance together. My parents treat him cruely esp my mom cause a bi guy broke her heart once. I am 22 and just got out of college-I am @ my parents while apartment searching. My parents say all kinds of awful things about him and have forbiddin me from dating him. Saying that it would ruin my life and how he can't possible love me. This breaks my heart to hear them say this stuff. We want to go out so badly and maybe get married someday(we have known each other and felt this way 4 years). My parents went so far as to hint that they might write me out of the family. I am willing to take that risk but I need some help dealing with them. Please!?
My family and I don't get along very well and my parents used to abuse me. I have posted many different times I know. I just want different and fresh opions. Thanks. Love to you all for helping!

I love this guy and he loves me( he is bi)but my parents are very cruel to us both and I live in a very old fashioned society. *Please read my other questions and reply because we can use all the support we can get* How do I deal with other people and more importantly my family. When they are cruel to him it hurts me.

The local court sentenced me to Alcoholics Anonymous. Now, I must find a Higher Power to take away uncontrolable desires to drink. Because I told a county alcohol counselor that I wanted to attempt sobriety on my own and she said, "self-will will get you no-where but back into the bottle", and sent me back to court and the judge gave me 10 days in jail for non-compliance. I am confused. Do I dismiss the idea of using my brain to solve this problem, or should I rely on spirits to save me from the booze? I feel like I am being coerced to join a religion (Christianity). I know nothing about that sect. Can I join the Wiccas instead?

With all the conflict in Israel and the Middle East, and so many of the biblical prophesy signs being fullfilled, it makes me really start thinking about things. Then on MSN.com it says there seems to be no end in sight regarding the fighting over there. What is everyone's thoughts on this?

I have read many answers on todays questions regarding many different aspects of religion, christianity, muslim, atheism..etc, and my mind is still made up.....you are all crazy...you belive in a image or belife wholehartedly without giving thought for the millions of others who disagree with you.
Most religious texts were written by people thousands of years ago who thought the earth was flat, that stoneing was a good idea, and that some being, who was invisible wanted it all to be a certain way, eons before proper, enightened civilisation occured.

I pity anyone who can muster hatred or anger at anyone else's beliefs, its all a big yawn, religion is the opiate of the masses and when you finally pass away and your body becomes one with mother nature ,your belief, your ideals your predujices, hope and desires will fade into the earth that made you.....jew, catholic, prodestant, muslim, hindu, buddist, paganist, christian...you are all just humans that believe different stories. :)

Generally in movies and such, I'll see atheists being portrayed as rebels and punks causing chaos and disorder. Oftentimes hearing about someone being described as a positive person, they'll be someone who "goes to church every sunday" and has some religion or another.

Do you view people of no religion as "inferior"? If so, why? If not, why not?

Hey all you Christians! Thank you so much for your encouragements and what you try to do on this site. Then thank you all who don't believe in my God for asking all these questions about Christianity. I know most of them are to mock us, but truly they make me want to know more about my beliefs. They make me grow more and more to love and know God. So thank you so much for your help in helping me to grow in Jesus Christ. Everytime you ask those type of questions you make me want to know God more. Will you accept my thanks?
