all you have to do to go to heaven (basically) is accept and believe in Jesus Christ, it doesn't matter your actual religion? so there is no "right" church, just as long as you accept Christ as your Savior? And you are not judged on your works in life?

I believe it was a monumental sin, and that man has been forgiven. But when I read what some Christians write, it seems to me that they applaud the event with great Joy!

I tend to notice that some women, the ones that are physically attractive have some sort of attitude, as if they feel they are better than other people. They talk in a very fast high pitched voice and and sound like "Oh my god, thats..... SOOOO ridiculous"

I wont be boastful but I have been told to be a good looking man. I never treat people as if there not worthy of me, because of the way I look.

I'm asking this question because for some reason I am attracted to women of this kind, I dont know why, but most of the time I am treated badly and I start to feel bad about myself whenever I get snubbed.

How do I deal with women like these, and put them in their right place, so they dont walk around with big heads?

Would you bother to learn another language if you had to travel thousands of miles out of your way to speak it? A lot of Europeans seem to look down on Americans who aren't muti-lingual, but none of them seem to realize that America is big enough that you don't have to know two or three languages to get by here like you may have to in Europe. If the entire continent of Europe spoke one language predominantly, wouldn't more Europeans be unilingual?

John Hospers explored the notion of whether we can truly separate into distinct parts the mind and the body ... such that, following death, the mind (soul) continues.

In order to dissect this line of thought, try to imagine yourself without a body. Your sensory organs are intrinsic to the notion of sensation ... sight, smell, sound, touch, taste ... these are all functions of the physical body transmitted to the brain ... and each of them can easily be disrupted even while we are alive.

So then how do we sense without them in death? Does this notion seem to imply that, as St. Thomas Aquinas argued, "the body is necessary for the action of the intellect, not as its organ of action, but on the part of the object" (Summa Theologica, Burns and Oates of Welwood, Tunbridge Wells). St. Thomas' assertion implies the necessity of a reformation of the physical form in the afterlife ... be it Heaven, Hell, or some other location.

With time, I've always grown to become a very naive person. I've allowed people to walk all over me, take advantage of me...that is according to ones who know me best. They've made me realize that sometimes I am allowed to step up and say what it is I have to say even if it might hurt them. Thing is, I can't be the most direct person. Sometimes if something is wrong I can't say it. I just act like it's okay. Now, I need tips on learning how to speak up for my own sake. Any advice? Second thing is, whenever I go out with people and I know people will be drinking, I always get the feeling that I have to play babysitter. I just feel like its my responsibility to watch over them so they dont get hurt. My friend has warned me that I should stop and not worry, have fun and let loose, because at some point in my life, he knows I will regret it. He doesn't want me to make the same mistakes he does..I know he's right though. How can I learn to stop worrying and feel like I have to babysitt?

Would you agree with the following statement?

An intelligent creator created all of the complexity that we see today because complexity requires intelligence to create it.

If yes then

If complexity cannot arise without intelligence, then who created the intelligent creator? The creator could not spring into existence if complexity requires intelligence.

What could be more complex than God?

Therefore, God is impossible.
