Then why is it that when one gets put to sleep, say for an operation, that you KNOW AND FEEL NOTHING?

Please explain this and the following questions:

If local anastesia has the power to put the so-called immortal soul to sleep- of how much more of a severe effect will the blow of death have on it?

Does the phrase "immortal soul" or "immortal man" even exist in the bible? If not, where is such evidence?

I have never seen such an interest in the things of God. Our Church was 50 members in 1992 it went over 8000 this year with over 90 Churches that have been planeted out of this one. It just seems that in the past 10 years people are so hungry for God..maybe it's a last day thing..maybe it's raining!!!!! Praise God!!(Joel 2)

There is a certain, ahem, "profoundatheist" who seems to be obsessed with spewing hatred, anger and intolerance towards others. Why is this so? If an atheist doesn't believe in any form of god, then why do some of them get such satisfaction from talking about it? Isn't it like someone saying they don't believe in fairy tales and then spending their entire life discussing Snow White and the seven dwarfs?

I really think he's a breath of fresh air, what a wonderful postive message he gives. I had a oppertunity to meet him in Indianapolis a few Month's ago..he exactly the same in person.

enjoyable - the only way to go or eat cake! I know that it is an old saying - it's been referenced to forever! I would love for you to share - what it means to you - when someone says to "you can't have your cake and eat it too." Do you believe them and change your behvavior, goals, desires, or actions? Or do you continue on as you were before - knowing that you're going "to have your cake and eat it too?"
