Sure it's a public forum. Nothing to stop them except the fact that it probably isn't relevent to your job and would be extreemly time consuming.

It's a term called "behavioral interviewing". It is supposed to tell a prospective employer how they can anticipate you would act in certain situations based on your answers and how you handled similar situations in the past.

yup...it really depends on how you answer such questions..do you slouch when an interviewer asks you. you have to be very attentive..it gives him the impression that you are interested on what he is talking about..you have to be confident enough with what you are saying..don't act stupid 'ocz that will determine your character.

Case in point Delta Airlines (used to?) have a questionaire.

One of the questions were," If you have to kill you mother or father, who would you kill?".

The correct answer was, "niether".
