Yes, it is a little superstitious. I know but we have had several sightings of lechuzas blancas/white owls in recent years. Some have flown ritght at us and stopped to perch in front of us. Others have flown at us swooped toward us then disappeared. Obviously, the sightings have all been at night.

It seems to me that more of our teens are becoming young mothers with not just one child but with three to four children living on welfare and more immigrants are coming over here doing the same thing except with five and seven children and draining our economy. We as a people should raise our youth with better morals and respest for their selves and their bodies. Our poverty level is steadily rising not just in Africa but here also in the U.S. We need to wake up and do something about this. Our youth is dying from disease spread by our own ignorance. We all need to learn to care more for eachother and help out each other more and pray more.

Maybe some people did some really bad things, but I find it difficult to believe that because some people made bad choices outweighing the good, they would end up in Hell forever and/or be in the company of the most evil people who have walked this earth?

God's vision of unconditional love : Believe in me then you will end up in my heaven, if not, then you will end up in Satan's hell.

My vision of unconditional love : Believe in me, and you can spend heaven with me if you want. If not, then i will create another just as nice heaven for you without me. I know when i am too much, but that's no reason for me to hurt you.

How can we educate God a little on this, because He doesn't seem to get it?

I have a good life... by the standards of a good life, but what does it all mean? I try to convince myself that something matters, and the only thing I can come up with is the love I have for my girlfriend. If it wasn't for her, I don't know if I'd still be here today because I just want to see what's beyond this, if there even is anything afterwards

the issue i have with the word is that it doesnt really describe my beleifs. i beleive that there is definalty a god or god like deity or dieties out there. i just think that it's an awful lot of hubris to think that he/she/it/they paticuarly cares about humans. maybe the reason that all of the bible took place so long ago is cause the deity/dieties got bored and moved on to some other project ofits/thier/hers/his. its also not likely that he/she/it/they created the universe, though they could lie and tell us so.

If I order from a chinese place or any resturant there is usully a line for a tip and I never know how much to give.

Also, a lot of places that I go to now have tip jars where I wouldn't normally consider tipping. Is it considered rude to not leave a tip?
