How awful that you missed out on
The Gourmand's great delight.
I would have thought a man of taste
might be unique each night.
You could plotz with some paella
Ponder pita, at the least.
Or you could try Tortillas,
If you like that kind of feast.
You could clamour over crepes Suzette
or bite into a blintz.
Take care to have a napkin near,
I hear it dribbles down the chins.
You didn't mention Peking Duck
or anything Chinese.
Or crumpets on a little plate,
with jelly, if you please.
Multi-cultural, so you ask,
on this I have to say.
With all this food I've mentioned here,
you are a world away.

Absolutely. I'm also multicultural. I eat French fries, English muffins, Spanish rice, and Canadian bacon.

I HAD a husband that liked all of those things. He also liked 1 lb of bacon CRISP on two pieces of bread, with a tomatoe slice and lettuce. He laughingly called them heat attact sandwiches....I call him dead. He missed multi anything altogether.

Put fruit on all of those and call it health food! If you add whipped cream you can count dairy also!
Strawberries or blueberries work well with the whipped cream!
